Rusty and his crew are outstanding!! My bull elk turned out amazing and the custom flavors added to the jerky and sausage are spot on. Couldn't ask for a better shop and he's a huge supporter of veterans and veteran hunting programs!

Three years ago I harvested my first Bull Elk with Hero’s Rising. Rusty Packaged Every Elk Part I asked for and also made the best breakfast elk sausage I had never tasted. I’m headed that way again November 5th in hopes Rusty will process my next harvest.
