Had my work boots shipped here. I was under the Impression, they would hold packages, for 5 days. It arrived on a Saturday, they had it shipped back to sender Monday, afternoon.

I see they barely have a two-star rating so let me make my complaint. Please explain how one senior citizen in an non-deliverable address gets a free post office box but yet another one doesn't. Not sure where the confusion comes in.$50 is a lot of money to a senior.

Very argumentative. Don't bother asking or even answering questions, you'll be cut off. Also, no matter how many times you send back mail that isn't yours, it'll come right back to you.

I have no control over what address my mail is sent to me! Yet when my physical address is used I get humiliated by the Skinny Blonde with the drinking problem in front of everyone in line waiting to pick up their packages. My wife was born in this town and I have been here since 2009 ! We don’t deserve this type of treatment just because we aren’t white skinned! The Post Master must hear this and it’s not going to stop here either!We’re both Seniors in our 70’s and are Citizens of this country

They send your stuff back when you miss a little thing on your package and I have to repay the shipping.
