If I could give 0 stars I would. They're liars They committed fraud. As soon as I bought the car within 2 days. The engine light came on, we took it back. Had to go take it back to them all the way in Payson from Williams. A month after it started having more problems And now it needs a whole new engine. And we tried getting it fixed with them to see if we can work it out and they said they can't do it. Called again they said they couldn't do it. Chuck has been dodging calls. I'm sad because I'm left with a $14,000 loan for the car that's worth 5000. On top of that I'm left with another 20,000 to fix it.

If you want A+ customer service, you should bring your vehicle to this specific Ford.I was in a bind; I drove up to Payson from Phoenix, when suddenly, my Mustang had white smoke coming out of the engine & tailpipes. I was lucky enough to make it to this dealer, & had the pleasure of working with Kate Haynes in service. She went above & BEYOND to help me, fit my car in with no appointment, & explained in detail what was wrong with photos of the car in the bay. Even providing me with all my car’s warranty info, numbers to call in the future if I ever have issues.I have been to NUMEROUS Fords in Phoenix, treated extremely poorly, & my concerns brushed aside, rude aviators.There, in Star Valley, Kate is very knowledgeable in her trade, & I am even thinking of making the drive for future services, just because she was so great.

Kate and the team at Steve Coury Ford were efficient, did the repair quickly, and had it done when it was promised. I will continue to have my car serviced and repaired at this dealership in the future.

I was treated honestly and with total respect. My Salesman Jake was soooo authentic and genuine. I always dreaded buying a new or used vehicle in the past. It was one of the most unstressfull experiences I have ever had. I am very happy with Steve Cory Ford and Jake. I recommend them. They are straight shooters who will go the extra mile.

My a/c suddenly stopped working while I was on vacation in Christopher Creek. Called Steve Coury Ford and Kate was somehow able to fit my car in despite an already packed schedule. They even came out to pickup the car and take it to the shop for me! It seems those cute little squirrels can chew up your cabin air filter and stuff the remnants into all kinds of places in an engine.Thanks to Steve Coury Ford and their amazing team for not only fixing everything so fast, but also installing a tiny little gadget on the engine that keeps all future furry critters away! Highly recommend stopping by to get one - much less expensive than repairing the damage they cause!

Took my vehicle in for a transmission problem, when picking up I was told they don’t have a transmission tech on staff (would have been nice to be upfront about that little detail), they did confirm there is something wrong with the transmission, but could not tell me what to repair/replace to correct the problem. $170 for them to confirm what I told them, but unable to tell me what the issue is. Thanks for nothing.

Picked up our new Maverick last week from Coury Ford. The decision we made to work with Coury - even though we live down in the valley worked out GREAT. They offered a BETTER DEAL than ANY of the valley Ford dealers and they HONORED it in every way. Not many dealerships around are straight forward throughout a one day deal. It took Ford almost 2 years to deliver our new truck and the folks at Steve Coury NEVER walked back one inch from their ORIGINAL COMMITMENTS. Well worth the hour's drive up into some cooler weather.

My husband and I were towed into Steve Coury Ford for a service repair, I appreciate the staff, the work and detail that went into fixing our F350. Kate is awesome! Friendliest Ford dealership I have ever been to and probably the best experience we could have had under the circumstances.

All I can say is Kate, Kate, Kate in service. What a superstar. She seems to handle the entire service advisor desk. No boss, no co-workers. Just Kate. Taking all of the calls, handling all of the customers disgruntled or otherwise. She's a dynamo!!! This dealership is lucky to have her. I drive further to have my truck worked on because of her. And ONLY her. I still have yet to see or meet anyone else in the service department. Keep smiling Kate!!

Back in late December, 2022, I bought myself a NEW car, or at least I thought it was NEW. It was checked as new on the purchase contract. Had the factory window sticker.Sometime after my purchase, I went online to the Ford Motor Company website to add my car to the Fordpass system. Much to my surprise, my car was listed as to being registered to a company called CPP on 11/1/2022, almost 2 months earlier.I called Ford Motor Company and told them this was a mistake. They assured me it was not.I then found out it was under recall. It's against the law to sell a new car under recall if the recall had not been performed.I contacted the AZDOT and explained my dilemma. They said there was nothing they could do. They also said I was the first title holder. They told me to confront the dealer. Confused yet? Yeah, me too.I called and spoke to Steve Coury himself and asked if he could rectify the situation. He said he'd look into it. After a few weeks with no answer, I went down and confronted the general manager who did my paperwork. He said that I was told it was a "demo". No, he never told me that.So, I drive back to the service dept. to arrange the recall.They picked my car up and delivered it back to me 3 days later.As a former mechanic myself, I inspected the recall work.The recall work was never done!I sit here now and wonder if hiring an attorney would be worth the trouble.

Love this dealership for service for my F-150 - they stand by their work. Kate in service is a pleasure to work with. I really felt she looks out for the customer's best interest.

I always feel good after driving off the lot after my car has been serviced at Steve Coury Ford. I never leave with doubts or questions. If I do have questions they are always answered promptly and accurately. My car runs smooth and that makes me feel confident that I can depend on this service which makes me very happy. I love the staff, always cheerful and professional and they know their stuff!

The reason for the 2 rating is because just a simple oil change took an hour and 35 minutes. We were told the person before us took longer than expected. Well if that were the case they should have told us. We would have canceled because of our long drive home . We consider this poor management.
