We stayed in the airstream with the hot tub to celebrate our 10 year anniversary. We loved it! It was so cute and cozy, and the fence around the patio provided a lot of privacy. We enjoyed the hot tub to end our night and drinking our hot cocoa around the fire in the morning.

Boutique newly renovated rooms up in the mountains. Theres two locations, one has more of a hotel style and the other looks like mini houses around the corner. The 2 story building allows dogs on the bottom floors, has games for adults/kids, books, and two porch swings to relax on. There's a coffee shop out front open till about 2pm. Check in is done thru your email or text and you receive a code to get into your room. When you reserve your room you can order extra packages to have snacks or wine already for you in the room. I reccomend bringing water with you. There are little fridges in the rooms while some rooms are larger that may have more accessories. Super clean rooms that look newly updated. Its quiet and you see elk everywhere in the morning. Theres a few places within walking distance to eat, but bring your own beer or wine becasue its harder to find in the small town without having to drive to the next town over. For sure check it out if in the area!

We found broken shards glass on the floor in the living room when we sat down. This was extremely concerning as we have an infant. There was hair in the pillow in the master bedroom and on the hand towel in the master bath. The pans and cutting boards looked dirty to the point that we did not use them to cook but ordered from the restaurants instead. This inn is also like an Airbnb in that you are given a list of chores to do when you check out.You are sent instructions including that quiet hours begin at 9pm. There is a bar a stone’s throw away blasting outdoor music until 10pm. The music is so loud it was rattling the decorations on the wall. It was impossible to sleep for our entire family. Again, with an infant, this creates a nightmare. The guesthouse is on the freeway, no side road, directly on the freeway, so there is also continual traffic at high speeds. The guest home has the potential to be very amazing and we really wanted to love our stay but the broken glass, band, and multiple main items like the fan in one room and light in the other not working coupled with concerns about cleanliness put a damper on our stay. Also if anyone is sitting outside at night you can hear straight through the wall. So while they weren’t screaming or anything like that, they were talking long after the band stopped which meant even less sleep. The day you check out you receive a text message asking you to take a survey. I did and expressed all my concerns. I received an automated text saying someone would reach out shortly. That was Tuesday morning and it is now Saturday and I have not heard from anyone. Our family loved spending time together, but we would not return to the strawberry inn.Update 09/27/23The business responded to my review saying that they had no record of my stay even though they called me after I posted the review apologizing for the bad stay saying it isn’t up to their standards. If that isn’t extremely shady, I don’t know what is! Unless multiple people are complaining about broken glass being left on the floor, the band keeping them up all night, and multiple broken items during their stay so they didn’t realize they had already called me? Either way, all the more reason that you should not give the strawberry inn your business.

Awesome home base while visiting Strawberry. Great location to easily access many surrounding hikes and nature areas, and friendly stops for food in either Strawberry or Pine.Clean rooms, good AC, very comfortable bed, and a convenient coffee shop right out front. Wifi can be spotty, but that's to be expected in the area. Priced very fairly for the area and amenities in my opinion. Convenient to not have to worry about losing your room key, as the rooms are secured with a code lock.Highly recommend:Hikes - Water Wheel and Tonto Natural BridgeFood - Pinewood Tavern and Pie BarShops - Hock Crockery and the Lavender FarmP.S. - The coffee shop out front closes in the early afternoon. If you find yourself with a hankering for an afternoon coffee, walk across the street to Pie Bar. They have canned cold brews in their beverage fridge and are open till 5 PM...make sure to grab a strawberries and cream empanada while you're at it!

Loved staying at The Strawberry Inn. We stayed in the Guest House for a girl's weekend. The house is very cute, clean, and cozy. We enjoyed getting away, but also having the convenience to our activities in Strawberry, Pine, and Payson. Windmill Coffee is conveniently located in the same parking lot or our guest house kitchen also came equipped for our use. All of the Strawberry Inn staff that we met were so friendly and helpful. Can't wait to stay here again!

We'd came up from Mesa to just have a quiet night away. We came to the right place, the area and property are quite scenic and indeed very quiet.Lots of wildlife around which was wonderful!!The Airstream we stayed in was very clean and comfortable. However its A/C unit was annoyingly LOUD and did take away from the hopes of the quiet night away once inside the Airstream. Also the Airstream was in slight disrepair on the outside (see photo). The check in process was easy and there was no issue accessing the Airstream. The property is very clean and quiet.I'd love to come back again and will. Next time however we will stay in one of the other style of accommodations.Food & drinks: Not much to eat around here. Even more so depending on what days you stay. More choices down the road in Pine AZ.

OBSESSED with this place!! So adorable and quaint with Hallmark movie vibes! Stayed in the Airstream for two nights and it was absolutely dreamy. The coffee shop was yummy and such a great way to start the day. Perfect for a birthday getaway! Can’t wait to go back again. ? ?

We LOVE The Strawberry Inn! It's been my family's favorite escape for over a year. Every detail is perfect and you can tell a lot of love goes into the place. Everything is so clean and well maintained. Our favorite place to stay as a family is the Bunk House. The kids LOVE the bunk room and hot tub. I love the proximity to the common areas and the full kitchen. It's nice to be able to cook while away from home. It is also dog friendly, so we can bring our pup along!I highly recommend a walk to Windmill Coffee in the morning. You might see some Elk along the way!Other great things - easy online booking, super simple check-in (you get an email - no desk to stop at!) and check-out is a breeze.

Great stay, super clean and comfortable beds. AC also was great during the summer. We enjoyed having coffee from the patio!
