I bought two much needed items that could have cost me close to $20.
With my care pass and my reward credits I ended up paying $.04.
I am so grateful for the cashier to be most courteous, knowledgeable and able to make this possible.

Very unhappy with this store in Sun City West. I did an online order for a pick up , today was the last day to pick up they returned it to shelf yesterday is what I am told after they were acting dumb and could not find my prescription. Then tried saying it is cheaper for me to get it over the counter. I am very unhappy with how they go about treating people and acting to rushed to even try to help to solve any problems. I will be going to corporate about this due to the numerous complaints I see online towards these employees at the Sun City West location.

Very rude pharmacy technician and staff I guess they don't like out of town visitors. I forgot my medication and had been without for 3 days I needed as soon as possible. The rude technician said it couldn't be filled until 8pm like really it's just a blood thinner! CVS PLEASE DO BETTER NOT A GOOD EXPERIENCE AT ALL!

RITA AND MISSY RUDEST AND THEY FIND IT AMUSING WHEN YOU RETURN TO BE RUDER.!!!!!!!
Have not filled any in awhile because of service.
Went in today. I believe Rita helping at drop. Told to wait rudely. Was waiting Nicole who I have never seen offered to help. Rita wanted me to wait. Nicole went to get medicine came . Rita cut her saying she would do it. I asked to see not steal a prescription before I paid the high cost.
She was so rude I asked for Nicole to help. Rita told her not to let me touch anything so I couldn't steal it. I only wanted to see amount in box . I didn't get because of price . It was Asthma.
I have never been treated like this in my life.
CVS you have a problem and read all reviews not just mine.

Called to get clarification on dose for my prescription. Very rude and condescending person who called me back and kept talking over me when I was trying to explain. Horrible attitude and bad customer service. Will go to another drugstore!!

We have had so many issues with the pharmacy here there are 2 many to number. They really need to get their act together. The last incident, I got there a little after 1pm and waited 25 minutes and when I got to the counter, I was told sorry the computer is shutting down for our break and we cannot help you. I was humiliated by the staff because I should have realized their break time at 130pm. We are done here! Hope the pharmacy will improve customer service.

We went to CVS to pickup a prescription and to look around to see what else we might need. Both the pharmacist and the cashier working the main register (we obviously found other things to buy) waited on us pleasantly and professionally. Sun City West is lucky to have CVS.

This pharmacy does not even deserve a 1 star. They are would they want to argue with you . The pharmacist sits there she wears sweats . My prescription did not need pre authorization I called my insurance company and my doctors office i went to go pick up and they wanted to argue with me and told me to go back and called my insurance company and sure enough again they said i did not need pre authorization it went back 3 different times. No apology just an arguments. These people have no customer service. Just let you know if you have any issues they are not willing to help you.

I got confused about sale items. Clerk went above and beyond helping me find what I need to get the best deal. This CVS is by far our favorite for customer service! Other pharmacy close to home but we drive by to go here
