“If you want a new home near the chip plants this needs to be on your list. Traffic is light now but also consider the future. They are building nice homes fast so watch for flood plains near any property you may consider. Energy Star homes also available and probably worth the added cost. Very housing dense communities imho. Need more parks though.”

“Garbage company. Misled me on the cost of the move, sent preliminary list of items, but told them when I got the quote that I needed to add items. He said someone would call later and it wouldn't change the cost much. The person on the phone tripled the price and refused to return my deposit. Spoke to David on customer service. We were able to work out a much more reasonable price considering I added on a lot of additional items. The movers were prompt and professional. May update after everything is delivered to the new place, but so far my experience has been turned around.”
