Safeway Liquor is one of the friendliest Safeways. The store is clean and easy to shop. The bakery does fantastic decorations with moist and tasty cakes. The floral corner provides nice balloons. Staff are pleasant, helpful, and nice to chat with. There is a Starbucks inside. However, expired items are sometimes found on shelves and the parking lot needs replacing.
Rather sad selection of local craft beers. Perhaps the location is just not right for my needs.

I shop at Safeway quite often but it angers me when I find expired milk on the shelf. I report it but nothing ever happens.

We ordered a birthday cake from the bakery and we're very pleased. The lady did a fantastic decoration and the two layer chocolate cake was moist and very tasty. We also ordered a helium filled balloon at the floral corner and it was very nice and retained the helium for five days. Both ladies were very pleasant and helpful.
