I ordered car parts 2 months ago, received them a month later and then had returned a 3lb package with a few said car parts a week ago, and they just arrived at the Goodyear facility. The delay on returns are ridiculous, along with the $70 fee for the label; I’m waiting on a $400 refund from the company I bought from and they have yet to receive the package because of the slow delivery, I doubt I’ll see the refund until the end of the month

Shipped a package overnight to San Diego. The store packed it and shipped it. It never arrived. I confirmed before it shipped that address was correct. Paid $68 for overnight shipping. When I went back to store, the manager, Cathy, argued with me about everything. Refused to refund shipping fee. Could not tell me when package would arrive even though they acknowledged it was to have arrived overnight. Offered no apology, tried to claim I was lying about them packing it. Said I needed photo proof to show they packed it. Not sure why the packing is even an issue since their own system says it was never delivered. Insists I send her photos when it finally arrives to prove they packed it. Says no refund until it arrives. Cathy refused to give her name until I insisted she write it down. No one ever apologized for the fact that package never arrived. It is clear this store, its manager and UPS simply does not care. One star is a gift.

WORST ups store. Employees are rude, they have no idea what they’re doing. They lie to get you off the phone when you call. James told me he would give me a call back and try to solve the problem to get me off phone. Went into store to get fingerprints for a clearance card. They have NO idea how to do it, makes me wonder why they offer the service. Younger guy with black hair and Older lady with glasses kept repeating “I think this is how you do this. I think this is how you do that” when doing my finger prints, had absolutely no idea what they’re were doing. Wasted my money on a service that wasn’t even completed after they messed up in the first place And was told that they couldn’t do anything to help me. Now my fingerprints are who knows where! Whatever you do don’t go to this store they are clueless and ignorant.

Evidently this location no longer scans the QR codes and prints labels for returns. Either that or the CSR was just being rude and refused to help. Nothing new with this location though, gonna put in another call to my corporate representative.

This store supports ageism!! They have 2 doors and I got yelled at for using the wrong one, evidently that door is for the seniors to come in and cut in line. Everytime I go here I use the door I was told to use and Everytime seniors get to use the other door and cut the line with out getting yelled at??

They were busy and the line was long but it moved fairly quickly.
Getting scammed copies of my documents only took a couple of minutes which was really great and convenient. The staff were helpful and got the job done really quick.
This is a very nice and convenient UPS store location.

a little overdue-but people need to hear about this excellent place! i went on 7/17, i am handicap and needed assistance with inserting a plastic book cover-after being disappointed with my experience SurpriseAZ Office Max, going in i had low expectations of getting help-but Dana and James delivered! after we established there was a risk that i was ok with, they had NO trouble and went out of their way to help me. Excellent customer service! definitely recommend this location.

I sent my husband to the UPS store with an Amazon return, according to Amazon's return policy "FREE return No label or box needed"! They charged us $10.09 for a box that was supposed to be FREE!!

The employees are always so helpful and patient and pleasant. Given that they are primarily working with older adults due to its location, it is especially nice to get help without feeling bad about needing help.
