They use too have the same people working in the pharmacy. They got to where they knew you and were very friendly,. Now they are like a training pharmacy , always different people not friendly at all very unprofessional.

They card people who are well passed 70 years old when they buy beer. Management needs to let their employees make a decision about carding the older customers.

Walgreens as a whole has gone way down hill. I normally wait 8-10 days now for my insulin to be refilled. People need these medications to stay alive in some cases. Why make someone with a life threatening disease wait for medicine because they can’t staff the store if you can’t staff the store close it and make at least one store move more fluently.

GO SOMEWHERE ELSE. They just dont care. Ordered online for delivery. Wasn't delivered, told "oh, you have to call Uber" then next day "oh you have to call DoorDash, not our problem" no apologies, no attempt to help. Calling the 877 customer service was same experience.

I want you to imagine being too incompetent, to sell a soda to somebody who walked in specifically to buy a sodaHow idiotic or pathetic would you have to be to fail that hard? Well, welcome to Walgreens. Or at least this Walgreens."Dollar fifty soda. That sounds about right. I'll just grab three of those."950. Excuse me? Oh, you want me to spend five minutes signing up for your scam and suffering your emails and phone calls and the emails and phone calls of scammers who you will share my information with? How about I spend those five minutes going to a different store and buy a soda that costs what it's advertised as? Get bent.

I transferred a prescription because my insurance said Walgreens is the preferred provider. What a mistake. On Friday I received a text my Rx would be ready at 12:45. At 1:3O I went to pick it up and told it wasn’t ready. I called on Saturday and the msg said call back in an hour as the Rx was being “worked on”. I just called today-Sunday and received same msg. I asked to speak to a live person and the rudest woman, Lynn told me they were closing and she was going to hang up! I finally was able to provide the info and she told me, “we don’t carry it here so I guess they are working on it from the warehouse. You might have it Monday or Tuesday.” She hung upWhat in the name of all that matters is going on. I have never experienced such horrible service at a pharmacy. Lynn needs to be educated and retrained in how to dealwith customers. Absolutely rude and very angry. She does NOT represent a good face of WalgreensJ Shaw

This was the worse shopping experience ever. The lady at the cash register was rude to me. She wanted my driver's license which was reasonable for a young looking 65 year old but also wanted my mother's driver's license who is 97 years old and didn't buy any alcohol with me. Then they asked me to leave with my 97 year old mother alone in the store. I don't know why they were so rude but I don't think I want to go back to this store. I'm going to transfer my prescriptions to another place. My advice is Don't Go To This Store!

The worst pharmacy I've ever dealt with. Unless your 80 years old and buying gallons of Liquor, they don't care. Waited 8 hours for a prescription from an Emergency room. Rude and incompetent. Go anywhere but here. They prey on old people who don't have a choice. NEVER AGAIN. Blame everything on short staff but not even an ad for help wanted. Really?? So in short I suffered over 8 hours because they didn't feel like doing their JOB.

I have traveled all over the US and I have found the worst Walgreens ever. Poor customer service, they will not go out of their way to help you at all. These drugstores are on every corner everywhere so avoid this one.

There is always an issue with something! An insurance issue or not enough workers in the pharmacy or long lines.

This location, once GREAT, has been crushed by pandemic and never recovered. Now: if you call, hold time is 15 minutes B4 your call is answered, and if you go to drive-thru, you will wait in your car 20 to 30 minutes before it is your turn at the window. I, like others, have complained to store manager, to lead pharmacist, and to Walgreens corporate, all without success. If u are not sick when you go to this pharmacy, you will get sick because it is so frustrating to do business with them. When I tried to order some NON Rx items to be delivered to my house, they arrived broken and open, so that the liquid soap and shampoo and dishwasher liquid was coating the inside of the delivery carton. It was like they had NEVER filled an e-commerce order before. It was disgusting to wipe everything off and wash the bottles that were not broken of the goo that covered them. When I complain to the store, I give them my home number and ask them to call me if they want feedback. Only once have I ever been called back, and that was to say my problem had not been resolved. Read the other reviews, especially about the two 90 yr olds trying to buy a bottle of alcohol in the store, and how they were treated. This says it all, perhaps better than I have here.

Moved all my medicine refills to this Walgreens. They were very helpful and wait time short. The pharmacist (Taylor) was very helpful. Excellent customer service. Very pleased

I was just at Walgreens. In front of me in line were 2 sweet old ladies in their (guessing) 90's. One of them had a bottle of Irish Cream among several other things. The clerk asked to see her driver's license. The lady provided it. The clerk said "This license expired a year ago." The lady said, "Yes, I know." The clerk told her she couldn't let her by the alcohol. I said, "Wait a minute. Just because the license has expired doesn't mean the birth date is incorrect." The clerk said, "No, I must have a valid driver's license. It's our policy. I'm sorry." And they didn't let her buy it. Is that RIDICULOUS or what? I'm disgusted. I'll let you guess what I did.
