Well this was my first visit with a friend. We both received pedicures. I had a female and she a male. My friend’s nail person was on the phone while doing a pedicure, While mine was focusing on my feet. When it got to scrubbing my feet she barely did maybe two swipes on each side of my feet. For the heels, she didn’t use the grater at all. Wow that’s it? The polish was nice and stayed on and that was the best part.

Lanny did a great job on my manicure which included removing my gel polish and also removing 3 tips on 3 finger nails where my nails had grown out. She did a great job reshaping my nails and trimming the cuticle. and in applying gel polish. She was very friendly and professional. I found the salon to be clean and updated. I would recommend Be Nails.

Lee and Tommy ate awesome as everyone there. I have diabetic feet and Tommy got them looking and feeling smooth. Lee is very kind and shapes my nails just perfect! Very little wait without an appt. Very much enjoyed the big screen tvs on the wall. One was showing Vietnamese cooking! Everything was sterile, bathrooms and sinks were spotless.HIGHLY recommend this salon.

2nd visit for a pedicure and both times have been extremely pleased. Salon is clean, hygiene is a top priority and customer satisfaction is high on their list. While in Sun City (snowbird), I’ve found my go to Nail Salon.

Such a bad experience..won’t go there again. The guy who did my toes was nothing but negative and judgy with me. He literally did nothing but judge my toes and tell me mean horrible things. Really hurt my feelings, Sad to see people being so ugly in this world as it is..but I couldn’t even enjoy my ME time getting my stuff done because of this person. HORRIBLE!

I have been a customer for several months. I paid, gave compliments, tip generously and until recently was very pleased but the lead person suddenly left and the service deteriorated. My last visit I was charged $1.22 more than I was suppose to be so I thought it was an error. I called and spoke to the owner (supposely). He told me it was a service fee for using a card. I said you should have told me you were charging. He said it was posted on the window. Now how would I know to stop and read the window in 115 degree weather before going in and why would I. We went back and forth. He said he wasn't going to credit or refund it. I told him I wasn't returning since $1.22 was more important to him than my service. He said he didn't care and didn't need me anyway. I do not recommend this business. They take money from your account without verbally telling the customer and give very poor customer service.

I felt compelled to post a review because I can't stop looking at my beautiful nails. I have gotten my powder dipped nails done here 3 diff times and one pedicure. Every time has been wonderful and I am so very glad I found this place. It is a true hidden gem of a place.... so friendly and laid back. You can tell they love working there and only good vibes felt. The quality is amazing and the price is extremely reasonable. I got a very well done clean funny bunny short dip mani. Very modern nail job and easy to communicate with. I felt heard and understood. Definitely coming back every month.

My pedicure seemed really rushed. Only spent about 30 minutes on my feet when it's usually close to an hour. And they weren't busy, so there was no reason to be rushing through. The polish on my big toe was not done very well and is lumpy. Not very happy with results

I've been coming here for years, and they have always done an amazing job. I'm writing this for any yelpers looking here to get their nails done! Don't look down on the low bad reviews from these old Karen's. I was skeptical as-well and boy did they not disappoint! This salon is located in an older population of people and I'd assume is the reason why for the lack of amazing reviews they deserve! I came here was because of my mother and they were popping! How could this place be so busy with only 2 stars? Came to realize their customers are on the older side and why would they use yelp??? Hence why I'm here to write this to younger/yelper people. Give it a shot! (And I really recommend making appointments, they do get booked out crazy) They do absolute wonders and I would recommend Lee and Jenny.

It has been a minute since I went to this place . When I walked in, I didn't recognize anyone. I like the old people better , but I'm gonna give it a chance.I went and I'm happy. Sweet place!

I went in for a shellac manicure today. I had to tell my tech more than once that the old gel was not off my nails. If I could feel it/see it, why couldn't she? Then she cut my nails down to different lengths. Even after she filed them, I had to ask her again to file them uniformly. She still didn't get that right. I finally gave up asking. When she was painting them, she not only kept touching the wet nail with her long pinky nail, but also kept trying to get the polish off using the side of her finger which, in turn, touched my wet nails. She just kept adding coats of polish to try and fix it. When she was done, she dripped some oil on my hands and pretended to give me a "massage". HAH! Pathetic attempt. She was in a hurry to get up and get on her phone. I will NEVER go back and suggest you don't ever go there.
