Be careful they're putting hold on business checks deposited. If you own a business I would not recommend banking here. Or any senior citizen for that matter.

The tellers at this branch are WONDERFUL! Special shout out to Alexandra!!! Whenever I come in and she see's me, she not only greets me, she calls me by my name and I see her do the same to other customers as well! She never has a problem making people feel welcome and important, and ALWAYS has a smile for her customers. Thanks Alexandra for always making my day whenever I come in!!

Bank site indicates that they provide notary services for customers. No so, 46 years. Have tried to do this before but again, not our policy. Notaries verify your signature with proof of identity No one was in the bank at time of request just employees. Too hard to do business with.

Received a letter stating I had to come into the bank to talk with someone. I went in about 10am and the teller (if that's what they are still called) told me I had to make an appointment. There was a "banker" who came over to "assist" me and said I needed to make an appointment. Since he came over, he obviously wasn't busy but couldn't help me until I made an appointment. When did it become normal you have to make an appointment to do business at a bank? Who's there for who? Certainly shows no respect for customers. Absolute worst customer service.

Worst customer service can't believe they told me they need to check my ID when I deposit some cash for my company like I'm doing money laundering.. . Just because my skin is brown if I was white it would have been no problem

I have been using this Chase bank for couple of years for a business. Went to make a deposit for the business last month. I had about 15-20 checks to deposit. Went straight to the drive thru from my office. I knew all my checks were there. The teller told me I had a check missing, so I drove back to the office and searched, but it wasn't there. I knew it had been in the bank bag. I went back to bank and went inside. I told the teller the check had to be there, then she comes back and tells me there are 4 checks missing! I was furious, I stood there arguing with her and told her to go look around the desk where the teller had my deposit out. FINALLY she came back and said they found ALL the checks! None were missing! That was/is my last time to go to that Chase Bank!!! They didn't even acknowledge their mistake! DON'T USE THIS BANK! New tellers don't know what they are doing!
