It’s good, but there are some deficiencies at the lot. Mainly, the entrance gate. When I signed up, I was tasked with picking a combination for an electronic gate, but then had to call for the combination of a manual lock. That thing gets hot in the summer.

Cross river rv storage was a great place to keep my little trailer over the last two years. It was way more affordable than all of the valley storage locations. Being in Surprise, the commute from Phoenix wasn't bad and it's central location made pick up and drop off convenient for trips. If I wasn't moving, I would definitely stay!

I stored two different trailers here for almost three years and will return for storage with our new one. Access is very easy for entry and exit on the lot and spaces, dump station is easy to access as well. Monthly rates are reasonable too.
