I have used this CVS pharmacy for years. I use it for prescriptions and incidentals that I need inside the store. I have always found the clerks to be very helpful, friendly, and they seem to always go above and beyond. Recently, I was checking out at the counter. While I was on my scooter, they did offer to carry out my goods to the car for me. Fortunately, I didn't need it, but the offer was appreciated. They are always kind and professional in the store.

It took over 50 minutes to get my prescriptions. No one in front of me. Used GoodRX card & no communication between the clerk & me. Never will use CVS RX!!!

The customer service at this CVS is horrible. In addition, they have online that the store is open until 10:00pm. They have been closing the store completely down at 8pm. This is what you call false advertising. They should be fined and I plan to never return to any CVS. Each and every CVS on the west side of town has the worst customer service.

First got swindled into getting the subscription of five dollars a month and what we get $10 worth of items. I need to try to get out of that because CVS is crazy high! Prices are way way way way way too high!! I happen to go down the aisle where the soda is and they are charging $11.79 for one 12 pack of soda. I would never shop at CVS or even go in one. The only reason why I do is my insurance makes me get my prescriptions there.. I strongly suggest you go somewhere else to shop.

needed a 8x10 photo at the last minute. the self serve kiosk was not working for me. the cashier tried unsuccessfully but called another associate with more experience. super helpful!they saved the day!

John(working register evening of nov.15) was not only friendly and and had great customer service but gave one of the warmest smiles I've ever had the pleasure of receiving.

I've been using this cvs for years and love it. I even drive extra mileage to have my prescriptions filled here. Thora in the pharmacy is very kind, efficient, and has stellar customer service. She was swamped in the pharmacy and I had to call in an issue with a refill. And even though she had to put me on hold to help for one minute, she was apologetic, sincere, and patient. Thank you CVS for Thora.

This is the worst Pharmacy I have ever dealt with terrible customer service. I transferred all my prescription to Walgreens .
