I was involved in an accident two months ago with a Farmers' client. She hit my parked car, so completely her fault. She admitted it and started filing a claim. Few days later, Jordon Lindberg contacted me to get the details to finish my side of the claim. Then he said he just needed to contact the other driver to confirm. He never called her. We both tried to call him but all calls went straight to voicemail. At this point a month passed already and no progress; I had to drive my broken car to school still. I even contacted his supervisor and nothing. Super frustrating that NO ONE contacted for over a month.Finally at the beginning of December, his supervisor reached out to me and said that Jordon's COWORKER was going to take care of the claim. She called the other driver and confirmed the details of the incident. Then called me back and said that they will finish the investigation and provide me with a rental car. They sent an assignment to a repair shop here in Utah where I'm located, but I couldn't bring the car in yet until the end of the month. Here I am today, just dropped off my car at the repair shop. Now the shop is telling me that Farmers cancelled the assignment because they think I'm using my insurance to cover the car, which is NOT the case. Especially since someone from Farmers already processed the claim and told me they'd take care of it. Now I have to play phone tag again just to get my car fixed. It's been 2 months now and my car isn't fixed.Terrible lack of communication. Complete liars as well. I'm usually pretty patient and understanding but this is unacceptable. Don't go with Farmers cause when you have an accident, they won't take care of you. I'm convinced that they avoid having to pay out on a claim or taking care of the damage on purpose.

I am pleased and very thankful to both Rocky & Katlin for being so prompt & efficient in putting together a new auto policy for myself & my husband in such a timely manner & saving us nearly $2300. a year over our previous carrier.
