FedEx had my pkg out for delivery on a Sat somehow that pkg went NM instead. Then NY then NJ. When I called several times (and I admit after the third time I got very annoyed on the phone) like 6 times I was assured that I would get a call back about the status of my box. No offer to get it back ASAP unless I pay. I have not recd one call about what’s happening with my pkg and no explanation other than the Post Office sent it to the wrong place. Post Office knows nothing about pkg because they haven’t gotten it from Fedex. So that’s really bad customer service. I have undoubtedly been ignored about where my pkg is. Very sad but that’s the way businesses are now. Don’t take responsibilities for any wrong doing on their part. Good customer in a lot of places is a thing of the past.
