I'm happy my client brought me to this thrift store. I came back to get this Keurig. I received all the extra accessories that came with it. I'm happy with my purchase and I can't wait to use it.

Beware. You can get some of the same exact furniture brand new at Walmart or Target for cheaper than what they are asking for used stuff at this store. Prices are high on a lot of stuff even at 50 percent off. Some of the staff are very rude.

Wonderful stuff, great prices but don't ask for help. The people who work there will take your head off. It isn't pleasant to shop there. I visited on May 19, 2023. They acted like they were angry I bought anything. The manager needs to initiate employee training. One employee told me "we're tired and short of help." Then don't volunteer there! Don't punish the customers!

Dear store, You get ALL these items donated, so remember not to price gouge. I do think prices were just a bit too high for what your stated non-profit mission is...Overall-friendly and organized.

Had a lot of nice stuff. Looking for a couple of small end tables, but they had no matching pairs.

I have always preferred to donate my items to this store because the items in the store are well organized with care, unlike some other thrift stores that just throw and scatter the items on a shelf. I live 30 miles from this store and have a nearby Goodwill just a block from my home, but I make the effort to take the drive to donate my items. I also shop in the store while I am there often spending over $100 each time. However, while at my last visit donating items at their designated location in the back of the store building, I was waiting on a donation receipt from a kind lady, a woman walked up to her and asked loudly and scornfully, "why do people park forward." I knew this was an indirect question to me and not to the lady who was helping me. I walked away back to my vehicle but then decided to ask the woman a question, "where are we supposed to park?" she replied with, "you are to pull through not forward", while she flapped her arms back and forth as to the direction she wanted the cars to move. I replied, "I don't see signs or cones directing us to do so." I had simply pulled in alongside the other cars in the same manner as those who arrived before me, as a parking spot. The woman proceeded to say, "dah....you should know just forward", I replied, "you should just be grateful for the donations!" I was so irate that I walked inside the store and found out the woman who was so rude was the store manager. I would assume a store manager to have better managerial skills not to speak rudely to a donating customer. And have better insight to resolve what she perceived to be a vehicle flow problem to come up with a solution to direct the traffic with cones or signs. Part of a managerial role is to resolve a problem does not create one with a person who is donating. Although there appeared to be no problem, people who were making donations were courteous to other drivers and simply just pulled in as a parking lot space. And the lady who initially helped me was very kind. But unfortuenly for the Lutheran cause, I will not be donating there again.

Some of the people are nice; however, a few are so rude I won't return. No excuse just because they're volunteers that they are so nasty, and management could care less.

Not for anyone under 50 yrs old. I have a hunch they sort through the things people donate, keep the good stuff for themselves or to sell online, because every single item in this place is over 10-20 years old.It may be time to cycle thru your merchandise, folks...

Be careful if you ever buy anything at this thrift store. particularly electronics. I just bought a Denon CD player, believing it was thoroughly tested. I've brought it home. home it does not work and when I called there was a simply no refund policy explained to me. incredibly disappointed, Buyer beware!

This store does not let people use their restroom no matter how much you beg. Customers should have access to the restroom, New construction laws require a store is more than 20,000 square feet, restrooms for customers are required. The Lutheran Thrift store is 35,817 square feet of retail space and it has a restroom near the jewelry dept. Excuses: “We don’t have anyone to clean the bathroom”, “Sorry we are not allowed to”, “We don’t have a public restroom” (not even for customers) I had a cart full of things I was going to purchase. So I left my cart full of things and run over to the drugstore. No, did not go back buy what was in the cart. You want our business and donations but we can’t use the restroom. I would at the least expect a Christian establishment to do better, shame on you.
