I go there because it's nearby. However, my last test was billed to Medicare with two charges to Medicare.org and one to Medicare Puerto Rico. I called the rep who had no clue, spoke unrecognized and broken English. For every question I asked, I was put on hold and upon the rep returning, I was given a cockamamie answer. I am educated and my work experience is highly technical therefore I'd clarify what I heard her say and ask a second question upon which she put me on hold again. I finally gave up and disconnected. After threats of turning me over to collections for $6.00 and change I wrote a letter to the corporate address. No response, nor reply. I wrote a second time informing the corporate office that I was turning them over to the State Attorney General's office, and report them for Medicare fraud, along with insurance fraud. Never heard from them again. Never again will I step across the doorway.

Came to get blood drawn and the door is locked. They put no notice on the door, I called the patient solutions center and they said they should have been open but couldn’t get ahold of the office. There were patients coming in after me. Extremely unprofessional wasting peoples time, not to mention I have been fasting all day.

Terrible counter help. Had an appointment for 2:45pm, when I arrived they said it was at 8:45am. Now to wait or come back another day. Not good scheduling.

Billing dept is not efficient. I was sent refund check. When I tried to cash at my bank, bank said check damaged & would not cash it when I tried to deposit twice. When I called Sonora Quest I was told check was cashed although I did not cash check. Quest is difficult to deal with. I want my refund check for $163.30. Someone in billing please help me.I give ZERO stars!

Walkin appt @0640 with a 10 minute wait. Cassandra was excellent. I literally did not know she had inserted the needle for a routine blood draw. Very same experience earlier this year, too.

Had Appointment there yesterday. 2 Men walked in with no appointment and had service before me. After an hour after my appointment I was taken back. When I complained about the wait and others getting in with no appointment the Staff told me she didn't feel she could take me blood. I left they wasted enough of my time. Never had such a rude and bad experience at a Lab to get blood drawn

Went there at 8am as a walking. Nobody but the girl at counter sitting there. She said I had to have a appointment. Nobody there on waiting room. She said there was 2 people there working. It takes 10 minutes to do job. Would not do it. Went to Lab Corp on 93rd ave was out in 15 minutes. My new place for blood work. Save your self a trip and go there. No appointment needed.

Very poor customer service. The paper my doctors gave me said I could walk in without an appointment. Today I walk in the waiting room is empty. The women at the front counter said she couldn't take me without an appointment. I told her the waiting room is empty. She said when it's just her ( while there's another employee standing next to her ) I interrupted her and said there's nobody here you have two employees. She just looked at me. I said whatever and walked out. This is second time iv had an issue with this company. Ill be sure to ask my doctor for a diffrent lab company next time

Had my first appointment with Sonora Quest for blooddraw but went early since they take walk-ins & I thought I might get in early. That was a mistake. I ended up being there 30 minutes & in that time they called only 2 people. They didn't call me until 15 minutes after my appointment time. Making an appointment is a hassle. I sat on hold forever & never got a person or call back after requesting one through voicemail as directed. Online, when you go to make an appointment, they do not tell you when the first available one is, and you keep having to hit days or dates hoping something will be open that day, only to find that for day after day after day nothing is available and you keep having to go through that until you hit one and get lucky and find a day with an actual appointment time available. Their entire system needs a dramatic overhaul.
