I advise people to not shop at this insurance agency when I walked in two people were in the back eating candy chewing as they're walking to the front when I asked them why the wait they said sorry that's the way it is not to mention their carpets were filthy dirty start it to ask myself if I have to use the bathroom is that going to be filthy as well and they call themselves The good hands people I think I'll find another company who has better customer service and practices proper housekeeping and the women look like the shark lawyers who put out commercials that say in a wreck need a check.

I feel like you took advantage of us. I feel like you are looking for ways to get more money from us. You have added other people to my policy with our my concent. You added someone else's violation to our account. And you changed the primary person and will not speak to my fiance. And you have raised my rates without explanation. I am not happy in any way.

I was hit with my bill for one year. I called the office and they assured me it was taken care of and I would be billed monthly. Then my bank statement came with the entire year taken out of my account.So, I am not thrilled
