“This is the only place I'll shop! So friendly, helpful and kind! Tons of selection, and a clean inviting store. They even open the vapes there to make sure they work! Love this place! THANK YOU!”
“Just moved to Arizona today. Googled vape shop near me and Ruby’s popped up. I couldn’t be more happier. Ask for Nas if you come here. Hands down the best customer received in a while. Thank you sir. Money well spent. I’ll be back”
“Great smoke shop with a huge selection of products and competitive prices. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and always willing to help find exactly what you’re looking for.”
“I'm gonna start with the worst thing about this smoke shop...it's right next to my house. It's WAY too convenient...but seriously, the worst thing is probably how modest the shop looks from the outside. But you go inside, and granted the place is not huge, but they utilize every inch of the place. I've been here many times, and I still see new things to chat with the employees about. The variety is impressive. On top of that, I only mentioned a color/version of a product and they had it in for me the next couple days. This smoke shop and its employees are as knowledgeable, helpful and personable as any employees in any business I've ever dealt with. I will only add this: one of the employees assisted me with a product I most likely misused and busted, and he absolutely was not obligated to do so. This is most definitely not an exaggeration...5 out of 5 stars...well earned.”
“Lots of options for all items in store. Plenty of deals as well. Does special money saving events. Angie does a good job with her customer interaction as well as explaining options.”
“Nice, cool smoke shop. They have a big variety to choose from, when I walked in a was greeted by Kevin and Elizabeth. They have the best custmer service, will definitely be coming back?”
“10/10 experience quick and easy service if you need something and can’t explain they try they hardest to get your right. My boy Deano always taking care of me never misses”
“Matthew Chris and Steven are the best workers here. Everytime i come in there always willing to help me. please come and check out the amazing prices and ask for one of these guys.”

“We don't go here much because there's a bunch of homeless people out in front I'm not prejudiced I don't look down on nobody but it's hard to be safe and do your shopping when this is around”
“They let me in 10 minutes after they closed and hooked me up. They didn't have to do that which was cool. Customer service goes a long way. Great place. Go check it out.”

“Love this little smoke shop. Friendliest gentleman who's always helpful, solid selection of well humidified cigars and a wonderful selection of the best incense.”
“Really good store to find a lot of different things that you may need and it also has the drive-thru which makes it that much more convenient you don't have to get out of your car to go in and shop. You just go right by that drive-thru they'll serve you whatever you would be able to buy inside that store without having ever leave your car. Even if you don't own a car and don't use a drive-through you can still walk inside the store to make your purchases like any other. I would definitely recommend this to anybody whether or not you have a car it's always in and out with that place never jam-packed and always has a good selection of things to purchase.”
“Good prices, plenty of options, & super friendly employees! The employees are very happy to answer any questions you have & very knowledgeable about the products. I always recommend this place when I have visitors from out of state come and nothing but good experiences.”
