Always a joy to get my nails done here. They do amazing detail work on nails. I love that they take walk-ins. I never know when I want to get my nails redone.

I've been coming here for a few months, due to my regular salon seemed to be getting too loud and the employees would argue in front of the customers. This location I've notice that it's not very clean, a bit unorganized and this last visit, I noticed major cobwebs in the ceiling corners, ceiling fans extremely dirty and probably don't work as they have stand up fans going, the floors and base boards, probably haven't been cleaned for a while. I went in for a basic manicure, my tech not only made one of my fingers bleed she didn't put anything on it to help for infection. Then the polish was old, the paint job is horrible. That's $30 I won't ever get back, nor will they be getting me back as customer. It's sad, it's so close to my work I can go on my lunch break.

Most recent visit was terrible my appointment went over 25 mins than was rushed because my nail tech and another customer who was impatient and rude this place only cares about the elderly not the customer and absolutely no customer service skill they cut my nails to short and the polish was to clear 77 for a basic color and design still has me upset as I been a loyal customer for over 3 years but no more ...
Pros- .... none
Cons- wait times are ridiculous, over priced, terrible music blasting, scheduling means nothing u will still wait! bad customer service, they don't listen to the client and offer no refunds or fixes ...
Save your money and go to where you are appreciated and valued as a client ..

Paid 25.00 for a trash manicure. all I wanted was my cuticles done and she still didn't even do a good job at that. Do not recommend this place at all
