Love the positive attitude of all staff and residents. The changes in life as a senior can be very traumatic and you have made all easier. Thanks

I've been a resident for a few months and would give Wooddale more stars if possible! The staff are exceptional and always go the extra mile to make sure you are taken care of. All of the residents are friendly and make you feel at home. The food is first rate, and the grounds are very well maintained, and housekeeping comes once a week! Sometimes I feel like I'm living in an all-inclusive resort. I would recommend Wooddale Village to anyone looking for stress-free retirement living.

While searching the internet, I found Wooddale Village for a friend. Three months after she moved in, I moved in. Could not have found a better independent retirement community in a safe, great area. A beautiful & "like home" place to live where they miraculously remember your name. (I don't know how they do it). Great apartments, great food, great staff & great residence. Fun activities to participate in, a cute movie theatre, dinner shows, birthday celebrations & outings with transportation provided.

Through a twist of fate we found Wooddale Village at a t8me my mother really needed to move to an independent living situation. She has been welcomed with open arms. The staff goes above and beyond to take good care of their friends. The other residents are warm and engaging. The activities amazing! I would recommend you strongly consider Wooddale village as a home for yo7 special family member!

The residents here and all of the kitchen staff are all very kind people but unfortunately the manager that runs this place is not a nice women. When my grandpa was passing away my family and I had to BEG her to let him die peacefully in the comfort of his own bed. His death was not disrupting any of the residents and most people didn't even know he was dying. Then when he did pass away everyone gave their condolences but her and her biggest worry was getting all of his stuff out and moving a new person in. She was very rude and lacked any kindness or empathy. We then had to beg her to have his memorial there as well. it made no sense why she was in such a hurry to get all his things out of the apartment sense we were paid through Oct.( he passed away in July. ) I've worked at many retirement homes and I will say take your parents somewhere else. Its unfortunate cause like I said everyone else was very nice but the manager and her office people who are all scared of her are not running this place well.

After touring several retirement communities I selected Wooddale Village Retirement Community for numerous reasons. The apartments, with front windows and spacious back patios, are bright, homey and inviting. The amenities are outstanding and designed for a great variety of interests. The choice of items provided at mealtimes are varied and really delicious. The grounds are beautiful, well-maintained and serene with several water features. And the staff? Caring, helpful, friendly, compassionate, professional, resourceful and so well organized in every department. If you're looking at retirement living, definitely check out Wooddale Village.

Fantastic Community! I personally worked there for 16 years from 1989 to 2005. It was wonderful to have such responsive owners that always made sure both staff and residents have what they need. I also worked for a corporately owned community & experienced the disappointing difference of always being just one of many with needs. One of the main things I noticed was how much cleaner & kept up Wooddale Village is.Private owners show pride and care about the physical property & the people who live and work there on a much larger scale. Recently when it came time to help a dear friend sell her condo & move to a retirement, we both agreed that Wooddale Village had so much to offer & made the decision easily. All went smoothly & she is so happy living in this beautiful, well kept community with many friendly people bot living and working there.

After living here for 6 months, I can honestly say that I have recommended this type of living and Wooddale Village in particular on many occasions. I didn't think I was ready for this yet, but I'm glad I found it now.

I moved my brother to Wooddale in the midst of COVID19 in 2020 from the Cincinnati, Ohio area. He had lived and worked there for over 45yrs. Leaving an area where he was so familiar with his workplace as well as his community was a big move for him. Wooddale could not have been more accommodating in helping him to make his transition. Although most of the community's activities were not available, the staff took every opportunity to help him feel at home in his new environment. Their facilities helped replace the one's that he had enjoyed at the Northern Kentucky, Campbell County Senior Center. Since the activities were limited and meals were delivered to his front door for many months, he was still made to feel at home as much as possible. His apartment is first class, the neighbors made him feel at home and the many facilities for shopping and health care are close by. The service of the Wooddale staff is "world class." Their response time is impeccable. Nothing is overlooked or unattended to. His apartment is just steps from the swimming pool, gym and dining room in a well manicured resort atmosphere. He loves the variety of clubs, the off sight activities and resources that are being continually added for his pleasure. The best part is this is "independent living" with health care availability when needed.

A fairly nice place for a retirement village. I've seen better and I've seen worse.
