I went in to get a passport photo and had a very bad experience with the manager. He treated me like an old senile lady. He talked to me like I was five. He was very disrespectful and if I hadn't already spent so much time with him trying to get this photo I would have left. I will never go in there again.

This review in no way reflects on the pharmacy staff, but rather the CVS corporate. Today I held for a total of 56 minutes to be helped. I'm sure while I was on hold they were helping customers in the store, customers that undoubtedly came to the register after I was placed on hold. Does CVS care about all their customers or only those that are in front of them? If I'm holding because they're dealing with a customer they were already helping, fine, totally fair. But if you leave me on hold to help someone who came in after I was placed on hold, not cool. That would be no different than helping the person in line behind me before you help me. Get this store some more help!! I will give it one more chance and the next time it happens, me and my prescriptions are going elsewhere, anywhere else! This is a horrible way to treat customers!!!

Yesterday my doctor called in to change my prescription due to my medical condition with paperwork, stamped letter to change the quantity per month. A pharmacist refused the doctor who called from the doctor's office. In 56 years i I never heard of a pharmacist refuse a doctor's orders. I was requested to contact corporate and so will the doctor's office where there were MA's, Nurse's and the doctor that will be contacting the pharmacist Name (KIP) The doctor insisted I contact corporate and my lawyer. The will be witness to Kip's response. His answer was I will not fill this even with doctor's orders. Reason was he is not accepting doctor's order because he does not feel like it and go to Walgreens. Actually I am going to get my meds elsewhere. Just for the record, my change of prescription was filled in 15 minutes at another pharmacy. I like the people that work at this CVS, but this person believes he can can refuse a doctor's request.
