First after waiting over a week for my prescription to be refilled I went to pick it up and waited in the drive through lane for so long I had to bail and return to work. The line didn’t even move for 8 minutes. It’ was ridiculous. Soooooo slow it’s unbelievable.

AVOID THIS CVS AT ALL COSTS! I moved Sun Lakes a few months ago and have tried to fill or refill my medications seven times. THIS PHARMACY IS O-7 on getting my medications correct, I tried delivery and they screwed that up as well. Every time this has happened I have been out of my medication. Two of which comes with nasty withdrawal. Thanks to the highly competent staff, I GET TO SWEAT, shake and be physically ill for two days while I wait for them to clear things up. I have NEVER SEEN SUCH INCOMPETENCE AS IS EXHIBITED AT THIS STORE. I HAVE BEEN A CVS CUSTOMER FOR 30 years and congratulations to the Riggs Rd store for making me a Walgreens customer for now on.

My father was diagnosed with diabetes, and his doctor sent his insulin prescription to this CVS. When I arrived to pick up the insulin, I was still stressed about how to help my 83-year-old father manage this new life change. However, I was informed that the specific type of insulin I needed was out of stock. Knowing I had to give him a shot before his next meal, I was fortunate to meet the pharmacist, Sarah, who truly went above and beyond.
Sarah spent a considerable amount of time assisting me in getting his prescriptions approved by Medicare. She even called around to other pharmacies, including competitors, to ensure my dad received the care he needed. Remarkably, Sarah located the insulin about 10 miles away. While I drove there to pick it up, she managed all the other prescriptions for my father.
When I returned, it was 6:30 PM, and CVS closes at 7:00 PM. Due to complications with the insurance, Sarah stayed after hours on a Friday night to ensure everything was taken care of. I have since transferred all of my dad's prescriptions from Walgreens to this CVS. Sarah was amazing, and she truly deserves this recognition.

Received notification by text my prescriptions wre ready & they were. Left Frys Grocery becuuse they can't do it right. Last time I had to run to 2 different store locations to get my scripts filled & they we're not ready yet either. Not looking back!

I'm not sure who manages this store but the shelves are always half empty even n basic items and the grounds are falling apart. I went there for 4-5 items recently and as usual they didn't have anything but I went to the CVS on Gilbert and Chandler Heights and they not only had several of everything the store was beautiful and what I am use to when I go to CVS.

Pharmacy does not answer their phone! I was on hold for over a hour. Finally hung up. Needed important medication for my father but couldn’t get it.
