This is by far the best Dollar Tree I've been to in any state I've visited or lived in. The store is clean and neat, they have a good selection and supply of items and accommodating hours.

Absolutely TERRIBLE customer service. I was talking with April at this store and inquiring about her store being able to fulfill some needs for ice consistently with this warmer heat at my business. She promised me she would order more ice (as they were almost out) and that their ice is delivered the next day. Yesterday I went in to buy the ice as previously agreed upon and I bought out the last ten bags they had and APril ASSURED me it would be delivered today no problem. I even inquired what time is best and the said they come early morning so just to be sure I did not show up until late afternoon. Ice was sold out and I was told she must have forgotten to order. I understand things happen and this is a first world problem but all April had to do was say she couldn't handle this request. When it is 119 degrees out and I now have to make two different stops for ice (one further away) it is incredibly frustrating.

I got a few things, but I really want Ed some Canned soup, which I couldn't find. I really like soup, is quick to warm and have veggies with soup for a meal.

Zero mask compliance with students and not one staff member said a word. They just stood there staring when they have a responsibility to ask customers to wear a mask but considering two employees were wearing their masks over their mouth only I’m not surprised. Fyi, there is a Maricopa county mask mandate and there are rights and responsibilities for store employees. They have an obligation to call for help if they cannot handle something as simple as requesting someone wear a mask.
This is the kind of store where people will steal in front of the staff and no one will do anything. So frustrating. And though there were three employees at the cash registers, only one was open which caused longer lines and clogging of the aisles. Unfriendly staff who didn’t even acknowledge anyone nor look them in the eyes. Very odd place.
Some positives:
Gum isn’t stale, well stocked with most items including water, paper towels, toilet paper, napkins, decorations, cards, etc.
They literally have everything from generic antihistamines to frying pans. They also have food and drinks. Why pay extra when you can get six bottles of water for $1?
