Awful company. No one answers the phone or emails. Absolutely horrible company

1 star is too high. They literally don't answer the phone or return calls. I can't start or cancel service...huge headache! Worst company to deal with.

Impossible to reach anybody in customer service! No answers the phone and I’ve left several messages and no one returns your call. What kind of business in this?!
