Before my last issues I would have recommended . I choose Sonora years back because of patient portal . I am required to have blood work every 6 months this time around has been a disaster not only have I made 4 calls to get them posted on portal but have been hung up on twice !!!! I don't get why they have went downhillSo bad and keep using excuses as to why. Just post them and get them done !!! I haven't decided if this facility is worth this hassle anymore unless they go back to being what they were before !!! Proceed with caution !!

Today (11/3) I was seen at 10:30AM, while my appointment was at 9:00AM. Front office personnel is simply incompetent. Though I signed in they were calling people who came after me and with later appointments to do paper work. They also let one lady to move ahead because she raised her voice. Their TV is aways broken to display waiting order and I am not sure their check in stations even work. I sat and waited patiently only to wait longer. I do have to admit, it was fun to listen to others venting. Anyway, I am not returning to this location anymore. Now I know why this location always has appointment availability when other locations are full!

Only reason I have come to this location is because is next to our home. But no more. They make appointments but can't honor them. 1 to 1.5 hours delay. Brutal when people need to fast for most blood labs. The staff in the front is rude like it's patients fault that they are running behind. There are many other locations even if I need to drive a bit further.

Absolutely horrible here. Always make an appointment and still don't get seen for 45 minutes to an hour after appointment time. The staff has no sense of urgency and don't seem to care that the have a full waiting room and yet no progress to be made. No apologies, nothing. Clinical staff work very slowly. Didn't even want to give 1 star but it was required.

Not enough staff. Well over an hour wait for appointments. Had to leave and cancel doc appts. Staff nice but inefficient and misleading when they allow you to make appointments that are not realistic to keep

Staff is nice but they are overwhelmed. Be prepared to wait even with a scheduled appointment. Sonora Quest needs to shut down their self scheduled appointment system. No excuse to allow so many people to book appointments when they know they cannot see anyone on time. Minimum of 1 hour wait beyond scheduled appointment time 2 weeks in a row. Common theme both times amongst the entirety of the packed waiting room.Sent this on social but hoping for a reply here.Hey I am curious why you allow appointments to be booked at your Alma School and Riggs location when they are short staffed and they are always over an hour behind. The staff here two weeks in a row says there is nothing they can do about it. Corporate can and should shut down appointment bookings if you can't see people with scheduled appointments within a reasonable amount of time. People take lunch breaks and fast for these tests. This needs to be fixed asap. You are setting alot of people.

I waited 2.5 hours with no one even bothering to give an ETA on when I would be seen. I sat in a crowded waiting room and with no hope of getting anything done in sight, I ended up just leaving. The staff are unapologetic and I can tell from previous reviews, this is an accepted status quo at this office. Find an alternative location to get work done.

Absolutely brutal! Zero respect for patients time and fake apt times that do t matter at all. I had an 11am and it's 1136 and I have not been seen yet. Awful experience - Go to another location!

Very pleased with this location, I have always had trouble getting my labs drawn due to not many techs being able to draw me, came over to the Sun lakes location tech dimenca was able to draw me with one poke and done, I was in and out , she was amazing definitely my favorite location thank you all

The attitude of the front desk people is less than stellar. I came in to get some bloodwork done. Went to the front desk because I wanted to verify that my doctor sent the lab orders, as the doctor frequently forgets, before I sat down to wait. Didn't want to sit and wait two hours just to find out the doctor didn't send any orders. I was told that I had to sit down and wait in this huge line just to find out if my doctor sent orders over, and the lady gave me the stupid customer attitude. It's too bad that Sonora quest is the only game in town, because their operations are complete garbage from top to bottom. If you come here prepare to get frustrated.

Most of the Sonoran labs are not a place you would want to spend any amount of time. My first visit was to a location off of Frye road and it was horrible. The amount of people waiting was astonishing. At this point they should have people check in online and wait where they would like even at home if possible and you could track where you are at in the queue of patients (I.e. your spot in line). I've been to other medical establishments that do that and it really helps limit how many people are waiting at a location or if the wait is too long you could just reschedule. I know you can select to wait in your car or wherever and get a text but on busy days when you have to show up at location and check in at your appt time and then still wait 45+ minutes it's tedious and horrible. Especially when gross people are wheezing and coughing near you and the establishment looks unorganized and dirty. I recently went to a different location in Sun lake and made a appt for 7:00 am (as recommended by Sonoran staff from my last botched appt) . It was about a week out from when I made it and it was a great decision to make as early a appt as possible. I showed up on time and the ladies at the front desk were pretty nice and the waiting room was calm. I was called up to the front in a timely manner to give information and then I was called back shortly for blood draw. I'm in and out 23 minutes. Perfect and couldn't have asked for it to be any easier. If you're complaining about having to make appt in advance or needing toWait awhile or drive farther that's on you if you decide not to. I'm new to the area and this Sonoran lab company for whatever reason seems to be the choice of a lot of medical establishments. I wish it wasn't and I could go where I wish but you work with what you got. Book out an appt and make it the earliest you can find. Anything after 9:00am just keep looking bc it won't be worth the long wait in a dirty room with uncomfortableChairs and overworked and assuming underpaid staff (that has to be why they look unhappy)

My husband had bloodwork done at this location and I have to say it was the best experience that either of us has had at a lab for a long time!!When we got there, our doctor had forgotten to send the order. The girls at the desk were so kind and helpful!They got the order sent over and the bloodwork was done in a very short time!!! The girl who drew his blood hit the vein the first time -with no pain! We were extremely pleased with the entire experience!I would highly recommend this lab!!!

I have never had a company make it this hard to pay a bill. Tried to call and pay my bill the way I do most places - people don't take payment but please use the phone bill pay. Their phone bill pay couldn't understand what I was saying or typing into the phone. Tried that a few times. Finally found the checkbook and sent in a check. Still got a notice 3 weeks later that they want the bill paid. Called and waited on hold and they said , we will call you back at this number. That took so long that I was running errands when they called back. Called again and same deal. Still havent managed to talk to anyone today.

Online scheduled for car side COVID test and recommended by Chandler location. Says they are open. I drive 20 min while super sick to arrive to see a sign that says, “closed due to weather.” There was no snow, no rain and it barely cold. What weather? Said to go inside and test will be honored. I get to the door and said not to enter if symptomatic. Why offer then? I didn’t to not risk getting other sick. So I called over and over for an hour and the main line. I left voicemails and still not have heard back. Do you know how hard it is to schedule a PCR test? The next one I was recommended to go to by Chandler office is over half our away. I did not have the energy for that! I was turned away at Chandler location because I was symptomatic. Why offer a COVID test? Absolutely atrocious.

All the ladies that were there during my visit were very nice, polite, and in high spirits. I saw several complainers and their response was very professional.
