I went in to drop off a package and was told to go to a “real post office” cause she’s working by herself and it’s too much. The one that I usually go to only has one person and never an issue plus this location never gets many customers so she doesn’t have anything to do. Horrible service

Showed up right as they were opening. Was welcomed back to Post Office and immediately help by a lovely lady. Everyone was pleasant and helpful and really set my day off on a positive note.

Horrible customer service. The woman working was so incredibly rude and inconsiderate. I am disgusted that someone even would treat not only customers, but just other human beings the way this woman acted when I brought in a package.

Terribly ineffective. There's no way to drop off a small package that's already labeled - without waiting in the line. I will avoid this location and the frustration

Yes, it is located inside the Ace Hardware Store in the back. Follow the signs. I will say that the employee definitely did not win any personality contests. I spoke, she didn't. She took my belongings, I thanked her, crickets. Can't really say I'm surprised. She was more interested in the video on her phone. Served its purpose.

Should not be considered a post office. They do not offer all services

I came in with 20 envelopes and 2 packages needed certified delivery and Relissa did great!Very quick and systematic, even did a little extra to place tape on them and did it with a smile, best USPS service yet!

Don't waste your time going this location The online posted hours say they're open Saturday drive all the way here from Maricopa and they're closed They don't even have the common sense to correct their online information.

Valley Ace Hardware has a postal station in the back of their store. The helpful folks in this store go above & beyond with their helpful service. Many of us get confused with the various options for mail transactions, and these good USPS representatives @ Ace hardware show great hearing skills along with incredible patience in helping us decide on & complete our postal transactions. They don’t shutoff service to take a break, while customers are in line. If readers have had experience @ actual post offices; they will find a refreshing positive customer service demeanor @ Valley Ace Hardware’s USPS branch. Unfortunately, I’ve observed customers impatiently standing in line, but when it is their turn for service; they ask their unique questions while receiving service. Wish that impatient folks, would take their postal needs to the actual post office, and then just maybe these folks can appreciate, what this location provides. Valley Ace Hardware USPS postal branch, You are 5 ⭐️!

This post office is an absolute joke. I don't understand why when I'm told by one employee one thing at a different post office it's completely different if I go to the Post office that's actually right next to my house. I'm being told I now have to drive several miles away and go to the place I initially talked to to even see if this would work when I was originally told I would have no issue reusing this. Their employees are rude and unhelpful.

I always go to this USPS and I like to use the kiosk in the front of the office. Something is wrong with he payment card reader, most of the time we have to reenter our cards numerous times. I have reported the problem with four employees of the Post office and they indicate nothing can be done it is a machine. I asked if they could report it . Hey USPS can you take a look at the machine, maybe clean it or something!!!!!!!!

This review has nothing to do with this particular location. Calling the 800 number is a joke! It does not allow you to be connected to a person and keeps going through the menu. It's very frustrating!!!! I hope there is a way not to ever use the services of usps as it is difficult to even get a hold of an agent. 0 star but it wont let me post

Recently our community mailbox was upgraded. The locks installed by the company for the mail carrier were defective. As soon as the postal supervisor (Brad) learned of the problem he had a maintenance crew out to replace the defective locks. Thank you for your quick response.
