What a joke, this is what's wrong with the world today!!!!! Went in to get $50 worth of quarters for my children and was denied for the sole reason of not having a bank account with Wells Fargo! Lost a potential client for LIFE! WTH do I need an account for to get quarters???!!! Oh, that's right our horrible government trying to see where people spend or exchange $$$!!! I will NEVER let my children get a bank account at Wells! What an absolute JOKE and horribleway to run a business!!!!!!

Diane and others at this bank have helped me for many years. As my dad began to decline cognitively, they helped me organize his finances and handle his many mistakes. They have been unfailingly kind and patient, figuring out how to deposit a traveler’s check that was many decades old and how to calm down my dad when he had an extra grumpy and difficult day.I do recommend this bank and the wonderful people who work there.

Only 1 damn teller?? One is on some head phones at a teller desk. Others waiting to see a representative. Waiting 10 min and still waiting for a teller. Drive thru is closed so can't use that.

DO NOT USE THIS BANK. If you know how Wells Fargo hires employees, and you are familiar with Conway's law. We signed up for a small business account, went home and set up our entire workflow with QBO, and enabling Direct Pay. Apparently if use the account the way you are supposed to, they flag you for Fraud, and remove your access. During this time the $500 which we deposited and cleared our bank, has now been flagged as Fraud NSF (not one person can tell me why). The Sun Lakes branch manager called me a liar stating I must not have had any money in my account. I have been on the phone with both my bank Truwest and Wells Fargo, everyone can tell me Wells Fargo has my money, they can see it move. No one can tell me why it was flagged NSF, and they want to hold onto our money for 11 more days while they wait to learn that I had an abundance of money in account. All of this while I am in the middle of signing a contract with my new business, which no longer has a bank!

These people are so unorganized. Went through the drive thru to deposit a check for our company and get cash back. Tyler the teller made us jump thru so many hoops. We asked since when do we need to fill out so many forms for such a simple tasks. He said it was fraud if we didn't. So bizarre being that every week we do the same process at other locations and have never went thru so much trouble. Then a girl came behind him and said no thats not right. They need to do this slip. It seems that the whole facility needs to take a class on customer service and further training on how to operate a bank transaction.

Attempted to apply for the PPP and was told that they are no longer accepting applications. What? This is, and has been my bank for years. I'll be taking my business elsewhere.

I was in the area for some business and had to make a stop in the bank Saturday before they closed. It's in a great location and very easy to access no matter what direction you're coming from. Once inside it was very nice and a member service rep instantly asked if I needed water or anything while waiting for a teller. They only had two tellers working and one was helping an older lady that took quite a while. There were only two people in front of me and it took about 15 minutes to get help. Service was good once I got to the teller, but they really should train the member reps to step in or something when a line starts to form and they have no other customers.
