We are one of the original customers of the previous owners. Never had a complaint or problem. New owners sent letter stating that we needed to move our RV to accommodate remodeling of the facility to bring it up to the other facility in Peoria. Also increasing our storage fee. We understood that we had till end of stated day, not beginning of stated date. I can debate proper legal dating, but save that for later. Upon my early arrival I was given a new space number to move into temporarily. My RV was not iny regular space. I found it to have been moved, but not to the new or previous location. Odd, it was actually moved closer to the area we were to leave for the construction. In order to do so, the cut and expensive hitch lock keyed to other RV locks. Obviously misunderstanding of the date. We were not alone, several other people were in the same boat as us. Manager stated owner didn't care. My issue is as a original long term customer why be more patient. Perhaps with as many people still not moved, maybe some confusion??? Well as they will say, the law is the law. This along with the difficult way to get in and out of that area, I just took my RV to another facility that also charges less.

Been at HVRV for years. Best customer service, nightly security, and clean. It’s nice to know my property is in good hands. They also have a nice cleaning station for washing down the boat/toys once we get back from a day of fun. If anyone asks me I always have good things to say.

At first I thought this place was expensive compared to 303 RV storage facility (I’ve got utility trailers over there). BUT… you are getting SO much more!!!
Parking on asphalt vs. dirt and rocks. Not to mention all the necessary amenities needed to prep your rv before heading out on your trip; air (absolutely love that compressor air nozzle), fresh water, and washing water. Upon return you’ve got a dumping station, trash dumpsters, and wash water again…
It was during my prep for this past Thanksgiving weekend trip I decided the money spent is well worth it. Upon return from this trip I happened to have the owner, Taylor, pulled in behind me. Moved up for him so he could begin washing his rig. He told the guy behind him to let me swing around and pull in front of him so I could dump my tank. Thanks, for that!!! Didn’t want to wait in line all over again.
Also, be sure to get in early for dumping/ cleaning after a holiday weekend trip. It can get a little busy.
Which brings me to another point… the line that forms at the wash rack. If there is a line at the wash rack I recommend you pull past the wash rack and head towards the back end of the lot to turn around. Once you’ve turned around come back around to jump in line. I say this because there was a guy ahead of me going through the gate. He had a good size rv behind him. Didn’t realize it until it was too late… his rv hadn’t cleared the automatic gate. As he pulled up as far as he could in the wash rack line his rv was sticking out just enough to “look” like it was clear, but wasn’t. That gate stuck it pretty good before re-opening. So, be sure you clear the gate… that’s especially goes for exiting as there’s not a lot of room behind an rv when stopping at the stop sign/ watching gate close before taking off.
These points aren’t a hit on HV-RV, but just pointers for the rv owners. We’ve got these rigs for enjoyment… it’s our responsibility to operate them safely!!! HV-RV has given us a great place to store, and care for, our rv’s. Happy RV’ing!!!

Awesome place, HVRV is the best rv and boat storage in Peoria and surprise. The owners have big plans for the surprise location with tons of covers being built, asphalt, security, you name it they are doing it. Great people. David the manager is awesome too. Love this place.

First of all I should say that I did not go to this storage facility for storage needs, my visit there was a few months ago, and that once the guy actually showed up he was friendly. That being said... I scheduled a Uhaul trailer rental online through Uhaul's website, with a pick-up set for a certain time-frame. When I arrived at the lot the gate was closed and nobody was there to let me in to pick up my equipment (all of the rental equipment was kept inside the gate at the time). I called the number and the owner's son let me know that he was at least 30 minutes away because they left to transport equipment to/from another location. I understand the hustle of starting a new business, but I had a scheduled pick-up time, and that would have made a much better impression to have been there when they were supposed to be instead of making me sit out front waiting when I was renting the trailer for a job I'd scheduled, which put me behind schedule with my client. Hopefully they've changed their policy to be on-time for scheduled pick-ups since my visit.

I had called and needed a place to store my trailer last minute. They got me into a spot with in 45 minutes which went into closing time. Once I was in, I was very impressed with how clean and well organized this place is. Paved roads, graded spots, very nice! The customer service is amazing. Thank you for all your help 29 Palms!

Just one persons experience. Had a Uhaul reservation on a Friday. Thought my navigation app had the address wrong when it took me to a dirt lot in the middle of nowhere. Arrived at 9 AM (they don’t open any earlier) and was greeted with a closed business and locked gate. 20 minutes of phone calls on hold, messages to the The Assistant To The Regional Manager, someone cheerfully told me they could be there in about 30 minutes… At least he was apologetic, helpful, friendly and quick and efficient when he did arrive. An absolute waste of my time. Nothing like starting your moving day off with a goat rope. Great if they are there when you show up.
