Great guys I went in because of a noise they only took a couple of seconds minutes maybe and came back in and said it was the flex plate and on my vehicle there was a recall I did not know about and they were very kind to tell me that they saved me a lot of money great honest guys you don’t see that every day I recommend this automotive place to take your vehicle‘s. There are honest people in this world. Thank you Allens automotive services. I highly highly recommend these guys.

I Went to Allen's auto today because back in 23. I had some work done along with purchasing a battery.Long story short the battery was bad and no longer holding a charge. Allen's auto was able to look up my info and take care of me same day And made it quick and easy.
Really appreciate Justin's help today and like where this business is going, especially under new ownership.
I would recommend this shop to others.

This place tried to scam my boy out of 700.00
For a fuse that was in the wrong spot on his tail lights.
Happened awhile back, but my wife was gonna call them and get a quote on a repair.
I remembered and said
O Hell No!!
Still costed him a hundred
For a fuse
Dishonest to say the least.
What ya got to say about that one

Brought my vehicle in for an inspection and problems with how my car is running. Paid $150 for an inspection and decided to take my services elsewhere due to other reasons. Picked up my vehicle to find an entire tarp somehow jammed around my axle, bearings & more. I truly don't understand what I paid $150 for an ENTIRE inspection and this was missed? If I could give 0 stars I would. If you're thinking of taking your car to Allen's I highly recommend thinking of somewhere else.

I read on their website they used GM parts not true they installed Gates belts and charged dealer prices $50.00 to $70.00 for single $9.00 belt. Also charged massive labor prices. I'm a 75 year old senior citizen and feel I was taken advantage of. My family has 5 vehicles and will never go back to them. Very disappointed.

Took my vehicle to them for a simple repair. They originally said they should be able to complete the job the same day. They ended up keeping my vehicle for 48 hrs, claimed it needed extensive repairs and they damaged the seal on my oil dipstick causing it to have to be forced into place, when prior to their shop touching my vehicle, it would glid in place easily.

Allens mechanics are very helpful, they have fixed all the issues on my vehicle since I bought it. I trust them and will not go to another mechanic shop.

My check engine light came on so I called to see if they can check it out. They took me the same day. Called about everything that was found and let me know the price before doing the work. I'm glad they took care of me and my care. Will recommend

Sam (the tow truck driver) literally saved us from being stuck on the side of a freeway. We had nobody to come pick us up because we were coming back from the airport, we lived two hours away. He did everything in his power to make sure we were not stranded on the side of the road. Genuinely amazing service and appreciate Sam and Allen’s soo much.
