After my motorcycle accident I spoke with Ben about the claim and we did a review of all our policies (home, car, motorcycle). Ben walked me through all our policies and found several areas where we were paying for coverage we didn't need and areas we were under covered. He was able to make the changes so we are now correctly covered and saved us money in the process. I transferred our policies to his agency. Ben is very helpful and knowledgeable and I highly recommend him.

I found Ben Farwell to be the most gracious and helpful agent I have ever dealt with in talking about our insurance needs. His explanation of the features and benefits of Allstate's new “Milewise” auto policy were clear and concise. As it turns out, their new policy fits our needs and expectations perfectly. We will only be charged for the miles we drive and will be rewarded for my husbands and my safe driving habits. Run from this place! Their rates are exorbitant. I was with them for several years. Every time I tried to leave, my rates “miraculously” got a few dollars cheaper, but then creeped back up. And, I have a good driving record! I switched to State Farm and saved over $50 a month for the exact same coverage. Don’t be duped!

Ben Farwell has provided excellent service for me concerning obtaining homeowners insurance for my new home in Surprise. He has also contacted my agent in CA and made the transition very smooth in canceling my previous policy as well as providing the new one. He is helping me get my family’s vehicles transferred as well. He is exactly what I hope for in an Allstate agent. I had my last agent for over 35 years and hope to be taken care of by Ben and his staff for the many years I plan to live in Surprise. Todd had also been a big help when I call the office. Thanks for being my Allstate agent.
