I have visited this location many times and just never really thought to leave a review, so Im doing so now.
I pre-ordered my wife and sons phones when the S24 series came out, and the boxes showed up soaking wet as if FedEx left the box outside in the rain or something. Even though that was a fedex problem, not an AT&T problem, they helped me out very quickly and were very empathetic about it. Since then, I have come to this location frequently when I need something.
I have probably dealt with just about everybody here. Ron is awesome, Jay is awesome, Mike, Jon, Chris, Irving... everybody I deal with at this store is fun, funny, respectful, professional. It's always a quick addressing of my need or question, but a fun visit.
I recommend this store to anybody who has a great sense of humor and needs experienced people who know what their doing.

The WORSE customer service!! VERY DISRESPECTFUL! Ownership or Corporate should FIRE the entire Staff at this location and here is why?
On 3/8/25 I simply went to this location at 10am to
pay a bill. The staff unlocked the door and I was the fourth customer in line and others were behind. After the staff waited on the first three customers sales person Ron asked who was next and I stood up and said I am and began to walk over to him. Ron asks me again are you next and all I simply said in a very mild low tone was “That’s why I’m standing here”? Ron then turns to me and says to me “that’s very aggressive”
I said “huh? That’s not being aggressive” “I just need to pay my bill”. Ron continues to reprimand me in front of other customers telling me that I’m being aggressive” Then tells me to sit back down because he is not going to wait on me now” Then Ron goes and gets the next customer. While he is still chirping at me. I couldn’t believe this is tolerated by management at this location.
Moving forward, the Manager Irving comes over and as I’m trying to explain how rude and disrespect I had just been treated by one of his sales staff (Ron) another sales person Chris (who was actually at another table with his own customer) says out loud in the entire store that “I was being aggressive”. I asked Chris how me simply saying That’s why I’m standing here is considered being aggressive”? I told Chris that I’m speaking to the manager that this was none of Chris business and that he should focus on his own customer in front of him. Further more the store manager (Irving) could have cared less as I tried to explain to him what just transpired by one of his staff members (Ron). Irving basically acted like he didn’t care what I had to say regarding the matter and just wanted to deal with the reason I came into the store.
The staff here is very rude, disrespectful and they are the ones with bad attitudes and aggressive behavior!
Friends read some of the other reviews regarding this location. In which other customers speak about how bad the customer service is and how they also were disrespected by the staff here.
I have a message into the District Manager of this location & I’m waiting for a call back from this person. Otherwise I will be calling the next person in charge. Obviously this entire staff needs retraining & attitude adjustment regarding how to speak to and treat paying customers.
I will update after I speak to someone higher up..in the meantime; Go to the Arrowhead AT&T store location 5mins up the street because they truly understand customer service and how to help and respect their paying customers.

Michael at AT&T did a wonderful job of help me with my questions and assisting me in selecting my new iPhone. He was very professional and courteous.

Worst customer service i have ever dealt with. All I wanted to do was disconnect my services. Explained to them that calling customer services and spending 2 hours with them and nothing was taken care of. Their resolution was to call them back because we can't help you here. The worst decision made by me was opening an account with at&t. Do your research on their customer services it is well known, garbage!

I had an appointment and showed up 30 minutes early and usually I wait, this time I was met immediately and was out the door in less than 30 minutes. All my questions were met and the representative was very pleasant to talk with, lots of laughter and fun. Best experience and that is why I stick with AT&T.

Seth, who works at this location, is the most heloful and honest person. He has helped us so much it has been a great pleasure dealing with him.

Stopped in for a phone repair on my att account. Long story I would recommend seeing Ron. I have to say is well is he has his stuff together. I would highly recommend his customer service.
