Wife went into purchase wiper blades for her vehicle the clerk did not help her choose the correct wiper blades instead handed her a book. After purchasing the wiper blades she asked if she could get help installing them and the clerk replied that they do not do that. Terrible customer service. We will be going to O'Reilly's for all of our auto parts needs.

I love this place! Right around the corner, staff are very helpful and know a lot. After all the stuff they had to "bring in from hub" (like 15 items) for son's Firebird only 1 time was the wrong item sent, not even their fault but they took care of me when it happened. Can't go wrong at this Auto zone

Had the best experience at Reems and Waddell store. Josh made my experience wonderful and pain free. My battery died the day before Thanksgiving when I had a million errands to run. He replaced my battery quickly and with wonderful customer service. Such a truly kind man. Definitely go see him!

Horrible customer service. I've been standing in line for 10 minutes. 4 employees have walked by multiple times. Non have acknowledged me standing here. Manager on his personal cell phone on the sales floor talking about a race he was in. How disappointing to have this kind of customer service. Horrible location
