Went end looking for tempered glass for my phone and no one would help me, employees just standing around talking to one another......GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE AND EVEN BETTER MANAGEMENT IF THIS IS ALLOWED.....I WILL NEVER COME BACK TO THIS LOCATION!!!!!!!!

I took advantage of the Black Friday special on a cell phone at the Surprise store on Bell Road. The family member with me gifted it to me. Since the item was not in the store anf required 10 days to arrive there, of course this person had returned to their home state.I had the cash register receipt and the pick up slip. That was all I was told was necessary to pick up a prepaid order! I got no notification of when the item arrived at the store. I got a ride there to check on the order. My driver and I waired in line for assistance. An employee came over, took my order form and scanned it. Then, she requested the driver license of the purchaser!!!This was a GIFT! It's the season for gifting! I said that person went home. Then I was told that they could not release the phone(my gift) to me because I was not the purchaser! I was told to get the purchaser to go online and change the pick up info to include my informationThe family member thought his account was closed and that's why it wasn't used when we were together. We were not given a supervisor but were given a card with the 800 number to call. The family member asked to speak with a manager when we called and said to just cancel the transaction with the credit card issuer since I was Refused Access to a prepaid item that was a GIFT.The manger was not eager to help but was eager to argue with my driver. Who does that? 20 minutes after entering the store we still had not gotten satisfaction. He told my driver to go away; leave the store after he heard a private conversation as to why the trip was taking so long. He offered to let us purchase another phone which didn't make sense. We ended up telling him it seemed the only option was to cancel with the credit issuer. The manger said he would not let us do that. What ??!! I was treated like I was trying to shoplift and not like a veteran picking up a GIFT. I was humiliated and wasted time and money on a ride to this store. I didn't see anyone else being given a hard time. It's been years since I stopped a Best Buy. Maybe that's the new customer service policy.

They have everything you need, but unfortunately they're not too welcoming. I'm not talking about reps they were very busy to be clear, I went in during December and I didn't even see one ad or deal available for a returning customer. Ps no manager was on the floor for the 40mins I was in the store.

The store doesn't allow you to call them directly. The phone number for the store takes you to a general line where they wont about transfer you to the store.. They also stopped installing car stereo equipment, which was part of the total tech plan. Now you have to pay for installation, and the price is astronomical.
