Big K Ace Hardware is a locally owned and operated neighborhood hardware store with very helpful staff and amazing customer service. People are always there to help; the staff is top notch, very friendly, and full of experts. Customers are immediately greeted and do not have to chase anyone down. The store is extremely clean, one of the cleanest Ace’s, with a far better and better quality hardware selection than the big box stores. It specializes in hard to find products. While it may not have as much as larger warehouses, it offers no wait for services like key making or checkout. The business invites everyone to stop in and find out why Ace is the "Helpful Place," and hopes customers will be supportive of this smaller, permanent establishment.
I only needed a medium size bucket for my dog's water, which they had. There was no line to check out, which was quick and pleasant

Review by Jason Y. was not very accurate. People always there to help. New store so things are a little hard to locate but the staff is top notch. Maybe he should shop Home Depot.

Extremely clean store with very helpful staff. No wait for keys to be made. No wait to check out. Had the other items I needed too.
