For some reason decided to clean the interior of my car without telling me, now my laptop is missing. Incomplete work. Fixed damage but warning light is still on, they won't reply to my emails asking if there is a way to turn it off.

Mike at Blue Collision was frank and succinct, professional courtesy, gave me options, told me what he’d do if it were him. I didn’t feel pushed or rushed or that I was an interruption in his day. I’m definitely coming back!

We were referred to Blue Collision by our insurance company after our car was backed into in a parking lot. We had a significant amount of damage on back passenger side and the alignment was completely off. The accident happened in Feb 2022, took the vehicle in sometime in March 2022 & it was completed in May 2022. There were delays due to parts shortage on newer chevy models,but was updated the entire way. Everyone I encountered was very friendly and they did not lack in communication. Our overall experience was great aside from having the accident happen in the 1st place with our brand new car we only had for 6 months,but that had nothing to do with Blue Collision, they saved our car and restored it to as good as new.

My insurance company gave me a list of collision repair shops that were right in my area. Unfortunately I started with this company. When I called I was immediately put off by the very abrupt man on the other end. I took it with a grain of salt after all we all have bad days. I should have listened to my gut! I showed up to my appointment today and was greeted by the same grump... ok I had my dog with me she can keep me happy... well she kept me happy but CRAIG was just as rude in person and even more so. You know those people who are so condescending to women?? We'll meet Craig! He spoke to me like I was an idiot and that was it for me. After he took pictures of my car we went inside where there was a lovely lady with a lovely personality unfortunately she wasn't working with me. Craig abruptly pushed a paper across the desk and said " you just sign this and your insurance will pay us" ... I guess from the look on my face he could see that I wasn't signing anything. He said "unless you have other plans ?" Which I replied "yes I think I do". Here is a bit of advice Craig... smile, be polite, be inviting. Ask your customers if they are ok? Ask them if they have any questions. Maybe you are having a rough time. If you are I'm sorry and I hope you are feeling better soon . If you are not then I'm so sorry for the lovely lady sitting across from you .
