I highly recommend Caliber Collision, the Surprise AZ location. The employees are friendly and professional. The estimator, Steven C., was/is professional and very knowledgeable. I truly felt cared for by Steven and the ladies at the front desk. I loved the text updates they provide. They helped me get a rental car. Caliber has a system and the system works. Thank you all!!

I would give more than 5 stars if I could!! We were so pleased with our experience at Caliber Collision. Brandon managed our repair he was friendly, great communicator he kept me posted on the progress of the repair. He got our car completed two days earlier than promised. And we were able to return the rental car to Caliber collision instead of Enterprise. This made it very convenient! Our car was repaired well and on top of that, it was clean inside and out. What a nice surprise!! We would highly recommend this place if you ever have the misfortune of needing a car repair from an accident. Thank you caliber collision! Brandon was awesome.

I came in for an estimate on some damage I had on my 2017 Toyota RAV4. Julian helped me and was spot on with his great analysis and recommendation. Drop by this location today to see about an estimate for my car, ran into a great lady behind the counter named Jordan. She gave me some great advice. and helped me to better understand what I needed to have done on my vehicle. She hooked me up with a Friendly and knowledgeable man named Jason, got me in quick and the estimate looks great. Thx Guys

We have a 2010 Mercedes SLK 350 that needed a new front bumper cover and air dam. I was worried that we wouldn't be able to get an OEM replacement, but Caliber Collision went above and beyond to find the last of 1 of 18 brand new OEM parts in California. They installed and paint matched to the body perfectly. Looks just as good when we bought the car! We are super happy with what they did. The Customer service was top notch, the whole process couldn't have been any better than it was. I would highly recommend Caliber Collision! Good Job Team and Thank you very much for giving us back our little red roadster in better shape than even before the accident!!!
