Let me just start off by saying this was the best first experience I have had. I never trusted anyone with my hair. I was so insecure and scared. But Cory took me in at the last minute before closing. He assured me and did such an amazing job. I don't do reviews much. But this was well deserved. My hair is healthy and he gave me good advice. We connected on a deep level as I would think you should have a good connection/ bond with someone you'll be seeing often and trust with hair/ and your confidence. I loved it so much. 100% recommended and I will definitely be coming back. Thank you Cory for your amazing work and dedication. And Chace Salon is amazing!!

I have my haircut, blow dry, color and style by Mckenna. She does an outstanding job. I have so many compliments on my hair style and color!

Chace Salon is undoubtedly the coolest salon in Surprise! When my stylist transitioned to this studio from another salon, I was amazed by its modern, fresh, and energetic atmosphere. I always looked forward to my visits, knowing I would be warmly greeted by a friendly hostess, receive a fantastic haircut from my stylist, and enjoy the salon's vibrant and stylish environment. If you're searching for a nearby studio that truly has it all, look no further than Chace Salon! They are incredible!

Caution!! I've never been to that salon I didn't know about it until this weekend a charge for 299.85 appeared in my bank and I've never had an appointment there we go I didn't even know it existed, so be careful with your cards now my bank is investigating what happened.

I never leave reviews, but the staff I have worked with here are great! I usually get my hair cut by Cristina who is fantastic! She always takes her time and goes above and beyond! I recently saw Davia and she was wonderful! She is very easy to talk to and makes the process collaborative and is thorough in the consultation. Just an overall pleasant and rewarding experience! The stylists here are great!

I Love Chase Salon! I've been going there for years.
SYDNEY COSSEY is just an amazing and talented stylist. She listens to what you want, if you bring a photo, she really looks at it and asks questions. She makes sure she really gets what you expect. I love that I can go in and know with confidence that I'm going to walk out of there LOVING my hair! I'm 65 but do not like typical older cuts. I like my long hair and she always makes sure I walk out of there with a ROCKIN' hair cut. I get so many compliments :)
I wish I could give her 10 stars!

When I first went to this salon I got some beautiful work done. That was about 4 yrs ago since then I don't know what's going on with this place. I went back in 23' right before Christmas and the girl that did my hair aged me by about 10yrs. I have the beginnings of gray hair and I do blonde dimensional highlights with a shadow root. Nothing to complicated. She gave me blonde roots, yes BLONDE roots. I was heated and I had tons of Christmas gatherings to attend. I should have had her fix it but I didn't have the time. So in January I sent my daughters there to get their hair done. My one daughter was stained burgundy all over her scalp,neck,ears,back and forehead it was horrific plus she didn't come close to the color my daughter asked for. My other daughter wanted blonde underneath and two blonde money pieces. All she did was the money pieces.
So my oldest daughter wanted to go back to get her hair done bcuz all her friends look great after getting their hair done there. Reluctantly I said ok. This was the daughter that got stained burgundy. So she arrived today with a Carmel brown dimensional color inspo picture. My daughter had just rushed from school so she had her CLIP IN extensions in. The girl highlighted my daughter's hair just to turn it JET BLACK with BROWN ROOTS!! And she NEVER REMOVED THE CLIP ON EXTENSIONS! Instead of cutting her hair she CUT THE EXTENSIONS!! I'm enclosing pictures. The first one is the inspo picture, next is the mess of bleaching, last is the final picture! Plus my daughter has BLACK HAIR DYE ALL OVER HER NECK, Back, ears and forehead. WHATS GOING ON WITH THIS PLACE!!! This was the worst hair experience yet. My daughter is in tears. They told us she was a Highlight specialist. You bet I'm headed back in there tomorrow to ask them to fix this mess. They are all really nice but the quality of work has Definitely dropped. Go at your own risk.

Stylist didn't listen to what I wanted. Got a cut and color. Wasn't happy with either. I asked for blonde balayage and she just gave me blonde highlights. Didn't even touch my roots either. She then roughly chopped my ends and when I asked what she was doing she said my hair would look less fluffy at the ends. But by doing so, my hair looks completely butchered. Will not ever go back.

The salon is clean, open & friendly. My stylist, Christina, has been there for more than 15 years! The first color I've had in over a decade looks fresh, and the time flew by. The curl is natural.

This will be the last time I look for anyone in Surprise to cut my hair. It's been recommended that if you see a good cut and style, ask who the stylist is. My hair was slightly below the shoulders and needed to be 'freshened up' so I provided a recent photo of my hairstyle, asked for no more than an inch and a half undercut 'bob'. End result? A terrible, chin length lob sided disaster! I returned to a hostile stylist this morning to have the undercut corrected... she was rude, snarky and she didn't apologize for the mess she created. I could have walked into any Fantastic Sam's and got a better cut for a fraction of what she charged me. I'm seriously considering extensions at this point and I will look for a qualified stylist in Peoria. Chace Salon in Surprise has positive reviews, the atmosphere is upbeat and clean however, I do not recommend Christina (no last name of course) first station to the right of the entrance.
