I wouldn't even give it a 1 but you are required to give it something. Horrible customer service. Have been calling them to set up an appointment for two days and never get anyone to answer. Then the recording says they are busy and to try back again later and hangs up on you. No matter when I tried I get no one on the phone.

Worst Chase branch I have ever been In. Customer service does not exist in this branch. I am a chase customer and own a million plus dollar business with a number of Chase accounts. I needed to add a new business account today. I sat in their lobby for 15 mins no one greeted us or even asked if we need help. I gentleman with a beard left his cubical never said a word. We got up to leave and the gentleman was coming back towards his cubical i had to ask if the appointments are full today or they had openings. He asked what I needed I said a new business account he literally says I don't have time for that. This branch needs more training or maybe I just need to switch my banking. Fair warning if you go to this branch they don't have any customer service go somewhere else.

One of the female front bank tellers wasn't very helpful and a bit disrespectful. She treated me as if I was a nuisance to her and made me feel very unwelcome. I've banked here for many years, and I'm thinking I should close my accounts and move over to a new bank branch. This female teller was very unprofessionand.. After making a few phone calls to account recovery, I came back in to speak to another front bank teller, I was treated way much better by this new bank teller. And she was very helpful and got me scheduled to see a branch manager the same day!! I'm hoping that her mean colleague (who was disrespectful to me)took notes and learned from her how to treat Chase Bank customers...

Not enough handicap parking and very narrow steep ramp to the ATM.

Stopped in to add me to my husbands account and deposit a check. I have never had such amazing customer service at a bank. Brad is amazing and we will def be back in. Brad went out of his way to help us and he was entraining at the same time. Our main branch is in ca but that didn't stop Brad from giving us the best customer experience ever.

Ever since the bank "remodeled," customers have been shunted to the very back where there's room for only two tellers. Both times when I was there (I try not to go into the bank if I can help it), there was a line of about 10 customers. The two tellers are supposed to take care of not only those customers waiting on line, but also those in the cars outside! No efforts have been made to expand teller service. The bank has a greeter to funnel people to the correct area. The greeter is friendly, but so what? To try to take our minds off the wait time? Nothing makes up for the lack of service! I was paying a credit card statement and the teller demanded to see picture ID. When I expressed surprise and annoyance over this, I was informed that this ID gathering is to prevent "money laundering." Give me a break! Lousy service, poor atmosphere. The worst bank I've ever been in.

Love banking with chase, especially this location. The bankers and tellers are super friendly and very knowledgeable.

As a former Chase supervisor, I was really disappointed with our service today. My husband works during the week, as do many people, so the only time we can come in to do banking is on Saturdays. We came in at 11 am, and when we asked to speak with a banker, the young lady who greeted us (who was polite) told us there was only one banker on staff for the entire day, and that he was booked up. She offered to make an appointment during the week, and so we ultimately had to settle for making an appointment for next weekend. The proper thing for her to do would be to offer to reach out to other nearby branches to see if they could accomadate the customer. While kind, the greeter was not apologetic about the circumstances. I understand the company is shying away from tellers in favor of self-automated technology, but without bankers, the company cannot grow their business. Poorly done. We have a large inheritance check that we were going to bring over, but if we are not even able to open an account without having to book out a week in advance, we will just take our business to Midfirst across the street, which is fully staffed at all times. I never would have allowed a customer to walk away so clearly unhappy when I worked there.

The greeter at the front entrance is very nice however, Chase is has been starting to sway people into using self-service touch screens. With advanced technology there's no reason for adding excessive service fees. I've banked with Chase for over 18 years until now.

Not a chase customer, asked if I could get change to do laundry. In Az for a vacation. Told no because I did not have an account. No Chase in Alaska

If you need a business account, this is the place to go! We've worked with Bryon and he is amazing. Knows what to do to handle your account and make banking a breeze. Totally worth the pain of switching banks!

Chase bank has always been good to me. Great service, always fully staffed! When we moved here from California, they were willing do what ever was necessary to make the transfer smooth. They have a drive through ATM, as well they also have a walk up ATM. I am a sold customer of theirs! Our HOA also banks with this same branch. When I became treasurer, they sat me down and explained and helped me about everything. I really like how concerned they are about our accounts.
