It’s like I always say… you can never go wrong with Chick-fil-a.Always friendly staff ready to serve you, food is consistently good, and no matter how busy they are, the wait times are never long.However, if you don’t like chicken, I would maybe go somewhere else.Kid-friendliness: Play place inside is always clean and a great place for kids to burn off some energy while waiting for their food.

Food and service is great as always with Chick-fil-A! My only complaint is this is walk-up/drive-thru only with outdoor seating. Not the best setup for Arizona weather and getting together for lunch.

I hate to give negative reviews, especially for Chic Fil A, but I would say at least 75 percent of the time this particular location has messed up our order (forget something, wrong item). The last time we went, we used the app and went thru the drive thru. Of course when we got home, one main item was missing. The employees are super nice but I think the management needs some retraining and take things a bit slower to make sure things are accurate. First world problems, I get it, but I know this location can do better.

Such a great location for a Chick Fil-A, unfortunately this location fails to meet the reputation. Chick Fil-A is supposedly a chain of restaurants that serve at a higher standard than the average fast food places. Cashier failed to say the infamous “My Pleasure “ line. Wait over 15 min for my breakfast. There’s was 3 customers ahead of myself. Should have never waited that long. GET BETTER!

I was so excited to have a chick fil a closer to my house. I keep going here thinking “oh maybe it will be better than last time”. Nope. Every time I go I am disappointed. Employees not having good customer service, food being subpar, and speed of service is zero stars. Most restaurants are going downhill but I thought chick fil a would keep a high standard. I guess not. Do better chick fil a!

I've been here a few times and each time has been great. The staff was prompt and courteous. My food was delivered as ordered and hot! Yes they get busy, but they are worth it.

I've given this store a few tries since it's been open. Each time, it gets better and better. I had a few problems with the parking lot, like every new place in surprise, unfortunately, but it seems they are fixing it and making modifications to make it better. My food has always been correct and good as well ? keep it up.

Visited this location to pick up my mobile order I placed through the app. I waited for about 10 minutes for my order to come out before I approached a worker and asked. (The app said it should take 5-8 minutes.) It was not busy at the time. When I asked one of the workers, she tried to give me a different customer’s order with the same first name. I told her my full name so she could find mine. Then the manager came out and just said “Oh, I dont see your order”. That’s when I said “well I’m assuming you guys gave my order to the other Andrea since you tried to give me hers just now”. Her response was “oh that sucks”. No apology, no empathy. Then she said “let me take a picture of your order”. She brought me my drink first and said “I gave you a large because I could remember what size you got” (even though she took a picture of my order). She could have just taken ownership of her team and said “we upgraded you for the inconvenience I’m sorry”, but it’s like she didn’t want to.She then went in and got the rest of my order ready. Finally, came out and gave me my order so we headed to the park for a picnic. I unpacked and set the kids & myself up ready to eat and I find that my salad came WITHOUT the dressing packet. At this point, I was not driving back to go for it. I called and complained and the same manager answered, who I found out her name is Lilly. When I told her what had happened, all she said was “hold on let me check”. She came back on the phone and said “I asked and we’re pretty sure we put the dressing in your bag”. I told her “I’m not calling to ask about it, I’m telling you there’s no dressing in my bags and you’re not going to tell me it’s in here trying to make me feel crazy”. All she said was “okay I’ll tell my baggers to be more careful. “ AGAIN, no sense of empathy. No apology. Not even offering for me to go back to pick up some damn dressing. Lilly, you lack customer service skills, and have no sense of empathy at all, especially as a manager and it shows because your team lacks them too and screws up often based off of reviews. Never going back to this location again.
