Worker are always nice, friendly, but there cooler stay off. Most of the stuff in there is spoiled due to not getting cold enough. Please take a look at the product before buying.

Update should have taken photos every one of the drink machines was out of order including the slushy machine all the soda machines both of the soda machines I should say not one of them had syrup bloated and after more than a month they still haven't fixed their freezer for ice cream so there's no ice cream to be found I'm very disappointed I went there to get a drink preferably a slushie but since that was out of order I would have settled for a soda but I couldn't even get that and I'll be damned if I'm going to pay for ice water thank you very much hopefully next time things will be repaired and in order as they should be. Would love to see it back up to spec. Thank you
Update: fountains and freezer are repaired! Yay!

This is my home goto store but There’s illegals and drug addicts here all day my gf scared to get out the car when I go and the bigger blond head guy and short hair white woman with glasses got to be the rudest peons hired the manager does a poor job with this franchise from the house keeping in and outside and overall worse circle k in surprise by far

If I could give less stars I would. I typically come in after my shift and the stores always so dirty, trash everywhere, cups needing restocked, lord forbid you say something though because they'll act like you just asked for the world and huff and roll their eyes while taking their sweet time to do it. Got to the counter and it took more than a few minutes to even get their attention with their face glued to their phone. Wanted to ask simple questions and got short rude responses. I remember the days people in customer service were actually nice and worked for their customers

The only and I mean ONLY reason I even give this place a 5 star is because of one employee, Fantasia. I’ve been going to this store for 13+ years and have encountered some of the worst customer service ever. But with Fantasia, every time I go there and she’s there she puts a smile on my face. She’s really good at customer service. I just wish you guys would hire more people like her. I stopped going to this location 6 months ago because I had the worst customer service. But I decided to give it another chance just because of Fantasia. She’s fast, she knows what she is doing, she knows how to handle damn coupons! And I thank circle K for hiring someone like her.

My husband and my 2 minor children experience the worst customer service. Who ever worked over night shift 07/15/2023 this man was very unprofessional. Not only did he try and take a customer that was behind my husband and children he also got mad because my husband advised him that they where next in line. He cought a attitude and started ringing their items up and throwing them on the counter as he was scanning them. My husband got mad and told him they where good and he can cancel the order. I been coming to this circle k for 8 years and never ever been treated like this before . As long as this man is working there treating customers like that I will take my business elsewhere. Train your employees to respect paying customer WE are who keep him with a pay check. trust corporate will be hearing from me as well..
