This store just continues to go down hill drink machines down for 3 months don't even know why I try. Stick to qt across the street.

The left side of the soda machines have been down for 3 months now. Before that it was the right side. Employees have no idea when it'll be fixed. If prices ring up wrong, it's a fight to get it corrected, even though they themselves have it posted everywhere in the store. There are a couple of good employees there, but my favorites have left due to the store manager. Hopefully they can get things fixed soon. In the meantime, QT across the street will get most of our business.

I went into this circus of circle k at around 10:15pm for a polar pop, fuel, and cash back. Nothing more. Started out normal even though Diane had low red eyes and she was sweating abnormally and when we proceeded to check out, my boyfriend told the cashier Diane that he wanted cash back and that he had to make two different transactions. She said that the limit is 40 and that she had barely came in at 10pm and she had to check the cashier drawer to see if she has the money. We all see that she has well over 40 in her cashier drawer. We do 2 sperate transactions to get our cash back and the total was 25. after the second transaction she starts to yell us saying why are we doing this and that we shouldn't being doing this, when she doesn't have money in the drawer. We quickly apologize for the inconvenience but she continued harassing us about how we took HER money.

I went in today and couldn’t believe what the cashier Dee had said to me I had bought lottery and some other things and had said that I wish I was having a better day than right after she said I would be having a better day if you would hurry up I couldn’t believe that she would even say that she should find a different job where she can treat customers more rudely

I have never had a bad experience at this Circle K until today. Whoever worked at this store (between 2:15 and 2:45 12/10; didn't have a name tag) wasn't the most customer service oriented. I asked for mint Copenhagen long cut and I saw he had regular in his hand. I said that I asked for mint. "No you didn't." I was a little taken aback by his response. I replied that I thought I had. As he turned his back to me to get the mint he again said, "no you didn't." under his breath but i heard him. There was absolutely no reason for him to be defensive or derisive. I was respectful and I didn't say or do anything to put him in that mindset. I don't feel anyone should be treated like that without provocation or reason.Like I said; outside of this encounter I would have given this store a 5 star rating so maybe it's just this gentleman I'm giving the 2 star rating to.

The old crow (Callie) behind the counter, with dark hair and light skin, it's stuck on some type of power trip! I'm not sure she's a manager and assistant manager, or just a cashier, but her rude attitude has me to believe she feels she rules the world! Most the other cashiers here are incredibly polite, kind and helpful, but this winch is a real tyrant! You'd be better off, going to the quick trip across the street!

My whole family's experience with this Circle K has always been awesome. We've always been greeted no matter how many customers are in the store, They also know and remember all of our names and then if something is not working/out of order or if it just stated acting funny or something like they always always do 100%+ to make up for it.

Rideshare driver who needs a coffee/bathroom break. Stop here at 9pm, and tge restrooms are "closed." QT right across the street, I KNOW they have open restrooms.
