“Cute boutique with lots of cute items inside. Finally found a stadium approved pouch!!! The owner is very nice and shared some of the background information on things offered in the store. There's plenty of parking but you guys look for the location. We found it walking pass. Perhaps GPS ON YOUR PHONE might take you to its front door. Yes, I'll ship here again if I need any last min gifts or items that are usually hard to find elsewhere. The only drawback for me is that the receipt doesn't list its location but only list shopping online. Bravo to this store and it's Owner.”
“Honestly if I could I would give them 100 stars. I had a bad experience in LA and they robbed me of my money and I got no dress. BUT luckily I found this place and she was able to get the dress in 2 and a half weeks with only a month till the quince. They have high end dresses and the experience was amazing. I was so impressed with their crowns and dresses.
I’m glad I found them and I can’t wait to update my review with my daughter’s dress at her Quince.
Thank you for making her dreams come true in a short time and making it so easy after the nightmare I went through in LA.

“Very nice Exchange, quite the variety of things to purchase. However... seemed to be all big label items Lucky Brand, Underarmor,, Michael Kors etc. Nothing available for someone on a budget. A simple pack of white t-shirts was $24 for 3 which also was name brand Jockey. Personel were very nice and helpful. Would definitely use it again.”
“Friendly staff and very helpful. They carry all colors, cuts and sizes. I got lucky with the day I chose to go. They were giving every customer that walked through the door an extra 15% off. I ended up walking out with great deals on Levi's for my wife and I.”

“The customer service here is ABSOLUTELY AMAZING. I wish I could give more stars. My daughter and I were just at the mall trying to find an outfit for her birthday weekend and this was by far the best place we came shopping too. Tatyana was amazing as soon as she saw us she immediately stopped folding the shirts she was working on and greeted us with a warm welcoming smile and asked us how our day was and what we were looking for, then preceded to tell us about all the AMAZING sales they had going on (great sales amazing prices). My daughter doesn’t warm up to people fast (very shy) but she loved Tatyana even after we left she said “we definitely need to come back that girl was the best”. But Tatyana was the most help she helped my daughter pick out multiple outfits for her birthday weekend. As well as some other items just for everyday use. She found us some cute matching PJs for my daughter and her 2 friends. She helped us into fitting rooms. She was absolutely amazing probably one of the best shopping experience we’ve ever had. She has amazing customer service as well as her coworkers they were all amazing to us. You don’t see customer service like this store has much these days. Definitely keep her around. We will definitely be coming back and telling my friends and family this is definitely the place to shop.”

“Out and about today and decided to stop by Tanger Outlets to look for some clothes and shoes. When we walked in Tilly’s today we were not only greeted right away, but asked if we needed anything in particular. When we told them what we needed we were also told about some sales going on for that item. The employee helping us, was efficient, friendly and engaging. He went or get an item in the back for us and held it up front while we finished shopping. The store was clean and organized. Prices were pretty decent with the sales.”

I recently had the pleasure of visiting Tillys at Arrowhead Towne Center and was blown away by the exceptional service I received from Samira, Kellen, and Manager Kassie. I was looking for a special gift for my daughter, and Samira went above and beyond to help me find the perfect surprise. Her enthusiasm and knowledge of the products were impressive, and she took the time to understand my vision for the gift.
Samira's dedication to finding the right item was evident, and she even went out of her way to search through the inventory to find a special touch that would make the gift extra special.
Kellen was also an absolute delight to interact with. His politeness and professionalism were evident in every conversation, and he made sure that I had everything I needed throughout my visit. His courteous demeanor and helpful nature made my shopping experience seamless and enjoyable.
Manager Kassie was also instrumental in ensuring that I had an exceptional experience. Her leadership and commitment to excellent customer service were evident in the way the store was run, and she was always available to answer any questions I had.
When I presented the gift to my daughter, her reaction was priceless – she was overjoyed and thrilled with the surprise. It was clear that Samira's extra efforts had paid off, and I couldn't be more grateful for the exceptional service I received.
We're looking forward to our next visit to Tillys and can't wait to experience more of the exceptional service that Samira, Kellen, and Manager Kassie and I’m sure the rest of the team provide. Five stars isn't enough – I'd give them ten stars if I could!

“Fitting rooms were open. Jeans ? were like $ 60 and the cashier failed to make the discount already marked on the label. Discounts were not automatic. More things to choose from than other stores.”
