Shaid in the Baker Department is my go to for my kids birthday cakes! I usually go in a week before and show her a few photos of what I'm looking for and she always nails it! Not only do her cakes look beautiful, they are also yummy!! You can even choose fillings like fresh strawberry jam, cookies and cream, and cream cheese! Shaid is so sweet and beyond talented!

This is the second Basha's we've been to and we're getting to like the chain. This place organized and the staff are friendly and helpful. They have fewer choices than other chains but still plenty. My Chinese wife tells me the Tofu here is superior to what is sold at HMart,

I always like to visit Basha's because it's less crowded then other grocery stores that I have been too in the past. The store have a nice flower section, fruits, hot food & more. You can download the app to click & save on your purchases. This store also have a Starbucks inside w/ wonderful service. Over the summer they offered specials on Friday's. We enjoy shopping here especially for the deals & easy shopping.

I am not from this area and travel a lot. We shopped twice at Bashas. The first day a clerk was really nice knew we were visiting used her card to discount us. The next day I went again and asked Leslie at the front to use her card. She was rude said they don't have them and said go on your phone. She added we don't do that. My reply funny the clerk yesterday did it. Leslie must be having a bad day since her customer service was poor. I will try Fry's next time.

Will update my review once I'm personally notified that the wicked witch of the register has been let go. Otherwise, fantastic fresh food, and always clean and friendly. Well, not always. I take that back.

If you are ordering from this store make sure you check the product. I ordered a premade bag of greek salad along with several other items through Insta cart. The salad was almost liquified. When I called the store and spoke with Austin he said it was the shopper's fault that they picked a bad salad. Ok..... While the shopper should have been a bit more observant, this salad was completely brown and in the process of liquifying! In other words "sorry chump, not my problem" If I could upload a picture of what they had on the shelf you would be appalled. I definitely will not be having anyone shop for me at this store again. As everyone should know there are many cases of food poisoning from vegetables with some fatalities.

I really like this market. I used to just go there for small grocery trips but now most often I do my main shopping. The employees are very friendly and always take care of my requests such as bagging my groceries a certain way. I actually feel like most of them are family. I recently transferred my prescriptions to Bashas pharmacy since CVS got very lax on their customer service. Kevin, the Pharmacist, is great. He and his assistant Juanita took special care to make sure all of my prescriptions transferred over with no problems. Like other places in town, I never have to wait in line for long at Bashas or their pharmacy. Thanks Bashas.

Support the racism of this store. Shitty people / shitty service no one wants to be there and the vibes are so depressing. glad that there are other options to shop at.

I do not shop here for large trips. This place is more like a convenience store to me. The store is always clean and has a popular Starbuck's inside. They have nice people who work here, but have a hard time balancing resources. No one is ever on top of customer servixe. Being a much quieter store then others then getting afternoon rushes. It would be nice if they were more on top of customer service. I dread when I have to go in and wait forever, and it is every time.

They only get 2 stars because the birthday cake was delicious. Other than that, we are highly disappointed and let down by them today. We were throwing a birthday party for my son and we called bashas about 2 hours prior to the party to order 3 pizzas. No problem they said over the phone as they took our order and information down. 1pm came and my fiance arrived to pick up the pizza. The department manager came up and said "We don't have your pizza. We forgot to make dough for the pizza. Sorry about that!" My fiancee was calm and asked them why they took our order. The manager said that they had one dough ball. If that was the case, they should of let us know, we would of just had them bake one pizza. Shame on us for not having a backup plan for pizza because we ended up going to the party without a pizza. My son still had a good time but the closing manager last night should of made sure things were prepped for the following day so that whoever was working this morning/early afternoon wasn't set up for failure.

I do like that Basha's is a smaller grocery store but however due to their current remodeling I was hoping that they might have more of a better selection. But my favorite thing here is their hot foods selection. They have the best breakfast burrito! This thing is huge! When I get it I eat half for breakfast and the other half for lunch...you get my drift that's how big it is. They have awesome fish as well. The Mac and cheese is super creamy and delicious too. The mash potatoes however are too runny and have some what of a lemon taste. I think they need to work on those. Oh and don't forget to check out their donuts also one of my favorites. Those are heavy but wow so good!

The guy who looks like Mr.Bean is an a******* Staff is absolutely rude, management is rude and treats employees/vendors like s**** Everyone seems bothered by their jobs and lines are always slow. Don't come here. Go somewhere where they actually treat people with respect.

This store is soo slow!! The employees are literally the worst at customer service. They are always under staffed. I needed help in the self check out and I literally had to wait 10 minutes for someone to finally come and help me. And when they came over they were walking as if they didn't care that I have been waiting. A little urgency wouldn't have killed them. I would never recommend this store.

Basha's is organized well. I went in, found everything I needed and went through the check-out quickly. My cashier was friendly and asked me if I found everything alright. I look forward to coming back again soon so that I can explore unique products that they might carry. The store was clean and orderly. The signage was clear. The produce looked fresh. I wish I got their weekly flyer.
