No nonsense quick and easy. Told me about upcoming future repairs I'll need without selling me anything. My wipers being bad was the most immediate concern and when I declined that repair Skip(my consultant) didn't pressure me whatsoever. I bought my car from them and they take really good care of it

Pedro was my service advisor & handled everything from the time I called to make an appointment. They fit me in on a cross-country trip after my new Pathfinder almost left me stranded on the freeway. Fuel pump was replaced & I was back on the road the next day without having to worry for the rest of the drive. Thank you!

I brought my car in for a scheduled oil, change and tire rotation. The service rep was friendly and professional. He even told me that the tire rotation wasn’t needed at this time. I appreciate his honesty. I was in and out quickly and drove away satisfied that my car was in the best hands.

My review has definitely changed. I am being Generous with 3 stars. I do dislike that you have to pay for inspection if you got it from that specific dealership, but I do understand that you have to make some money. They were great to me at the time, but not so much after the inspection. I ended up crying yesterday 09/27 because I was told thatI kept asking similar questions and tried laughing because I was trying to keep it chill & as much positivity. But, I Got sold lemon with 43k miles in 2017 and currently have mid 88k on it. They did help me with things at the 'time" during the inspection process. But that's it. It's all about money here. Hey are nice before they get it and then they change up.We have gotten 5 vehicles here. And, 98% sure we won't buy another one. What is even funnier is that Scott helped me buy my first car back when he worked a dodge. It's just sad we won't be going here anymore. Best of luck

I bought my 2018 Frontier truck a year ago. I've been to Coulter 2 or 3 times for service. The service facility is clean and well maintained.I have worked with Monica and Andrew. Communication seems to not be a strong point.Aug 2023 I brought by truck in for an oil change ...quickie...I come down from the Prescott area, so I often have a lot of "things" in my truck. I had not removed everything from my truck for an oil change. My truck was in the shop for a week. During the routine inspection they found several issues that need immediate attention. I was provided a rental truck and sent on my way. When I returned home, I went to the back seat of the truck to sell an item. It's gone. There is no time in my possession that I do not lock my truck. I have been in touch with the service manager Russ. He looked around and can't find it.......he talked to 2 employees....they don't have it. $600 down the drain for me and a definite loss of trust. My heart is disappointed in humanity. If you come here, remove EVERYTHING from your vehicle even for a "quick" service preformed.Update---If there are many "bodies" on your property that are not employees, when u had you my keys, you should do more to protect y vehicle. You failed.Second update 9/21/23I received a phone call from the manager and we came to an acceptable resolution to the issue. Thank you for reaching out.

Tyler always takes care of me. His customer service is beyond exceptional.No one really enjoys going to a facility to get their car serviced.But I don't mind going to Nissan as they always treat me good and I enjoy seeing everyone's positive customer service .

The experience was great. It seems that the service goes above and beyond my expectations every time I come in for service.I would appreciate if you would give a big thanks and any additional recognition you may have for you Emily to Pedro.He continues to keep us informed on the process, gives realistic time frames on what to expect on the completion of our repairs/ regularly scheduled maintenance. It means a lot to me who has a very busy schedule, and where my days and weeks operate I. The experience was very good. My sales experience with Luke was excellent. He did not pressure me. He kept in contact with me knowing my intentions. Nick offered me a deal that I felt was very fair , which is what matters and worked with me. And finally in financing, Justin got me in and out and was very Responsive to my needs of what I did and did not want in the final sale

Making an appointment online was easy and vehicle drop-off went smoothly. However, vehicle pick-up went horribly even though it was the same employees that helped me during vehicle drop-off.Thankfully, the repairs were completed same day. As long as the vehicle repairs hold up, I would return to the dealer again in the future to give them a second chance to earn/maintain my business.

I am a deep researcher when buying big ticket items.I had been shopping newer used vehicles for several weeks from dealers all around Arizona.Terry, the Internet Sales Manager, was very helpful through my series of what must have seemed like endless questions. Whenever I needed some information on the trucks I was considering he got me an answer within a couple hours.Once I was ready to buy, I was pressed for time the day of purchase.I asked Terry to be ready for me to arrive and be in and out as quickly as we could. From the time we rolled in we were rolling out in my "new"er truck in under two hours. He fully accommodated my request.This was a great dealership to deal with.

This is our 3rd vehicle purchase from the Surprise Arizona Coulter Nissan. Great people. Preston Rosenberger gave us the best service selling us a vehicle and very knowledgeable. Croy asst sales manager, Scott General sales manager and Bryan in finance are an outstanding team. Customer service has always been the best. Easy and fast. Not only are we happy, the dogs are happy too!!!

I can't tell you how happy I am with this place! They came in above what I expected on my trade and helped me get a great deal on my Nissan Sentra SV. Miguel was a great salesman and there was no real pressure. I told them what I was looking for, what payment range, and they delivered without a fight. Granted I did come in with real expectations, I know how some buyers don't have that, but I will definitely buy from them again in the future. Excellent customer service.

I've owned my Nissan Murano for 7 years and it was time for the transmission be serviced. I've never taken my car to the dealer due to fear of cost. I asked to my car diagnosed for any issues and be sure that I was up to date with all that needed to be serviced. The service area was CLEAN and the service rep was great to work with. I asked to see if there were any coupons/specials that could be applied and my final cost was less than expected!!! I will definitely be going back in the future!! Driving away knowing my car is in great working order was such a relief!

I was just wanting to look, but I was swarmed upon by locust sales folks! I said I wanted to look but was followed by insistent salespeople. I know this is typical at first, but I told them I wanted to just look! SO RELENTLESS I LEFT WITHOUT ENJOYING JUST LOOKING AROUND! Neither Coulter nor Nissan will ever get my business!
