Don't come to this store. Phone I was going to upgrade to said 180$ told person what I wanted she said 360$ on line store 180. Display 180. Her price 360. What is this cricket store thinking. I have cricket service for over 10 years this is ridiculous.

Sign says 4 lines unlimited taxes included $100 lady said nope ad on the door is not correct? You have to have a more expensive $130 plan first month plus activation and $10 each phone for a sim so $270? Uh no it’s online for $100 $10 per sim and total check out was $140 so I’ll just do it online. What a rip off

If I could give this place zero stars I would. This is the worst experience I have ever had. First, they didn't tell me the phone could not be activated, and charged me 105.00. Then she said that if it didn't work I could get a free phone, then she stated that she couldn't do that since it was considered an upgrade. An upgrade what I didn't even use the services. She said I had to come back to get a refund from the manager. I come back two days later, and they refused. Even though I had a receipt. Now I am out 105.00. This is illegal you are not allowed by law to charge people for services that were not rendered. I don't get my money back I'll be filing a law suit.
