Just stopped in to upgrade my son's phone and had the pleasure of being helped by Damian. He greeted us with a friendly smile and immediately offered assistance. We had a unique situation so I had a ton of questions and he was so kind, patient, and knowledgeable. He walked us through the entire process all with a smile on his face, chit chatting with us like we were old friends. Damian was quick to help us with what we needed and made sure we understood everything he was doing. I can't say enough about what an amazing employee and person he is. Thank you for everything, Damian! You're the best!!!

I've been a Cricket customer for 7 years and needed to upgrade my Android phone. The associate, Joanna was very knowledgeable, helpful and patient in helping me pick out a new phone and setting it up. She offered outstanding service and highly recommended.

It clearly says it's open online and outside yet no one was there. According to the hours someone should've been there to help me. I came at around 5 and they aren't supposed to close till seven.

Yes I went to this cricket store to get my phone number transferred to my new phone he said he did it but when I got home he didnt so now I have to go to another store and hope they get it right never had a problem with cricket until now I will not be going back to that store worst store so far and remind you I live in buckeye .

Came at 10 am when they are supposed to open. Door locked, lights off, no one inside the store. So no service

The worst experience ever in surprise. I go to the store to get San account updated and it clearly says open. Mind you there is a small sticky pad note that says “On Lunch Be back in 30 minutes “ needless to say the employee never came back. Mind you it was 4 pm and the door was locked and the sign was lit saying open. How can you leave a light on showing store is open people outside waiting not knowingly what’s going on. This was by far the saddest thing I’ve ever seen. Never again ! How can you have a business where the employees do not show up but the store is open!
