Jamie was excellent and her follow-up was impressive. Only 1 hic-up...wasn't told I had two doors to my unit ( 2 5x5 =5x10). 1 lock with 2 doors?
But, its small oversight.
Team was was great at this location. A+

I believe her name is Jayme? She's from Hawaii. But anyways we came here on a Saturday I believe June 29th the account is under my husband's name though Kelly madsen. She was so very helpful and friendly. She assisted with showing us the storage unit and made sure we got the right size as well. I believe we showed up around 1pm. She was very friendly and informative. The unit was clean and so was the main office. Great employee for sure! We are happy we chose this location.

I came Sunday July 7th,2024 like any other Sunday that i come to the storage and the elevator isnt working, you cant use the stairs because the doors are locked on the inside so you can somewhat get stuck and cant even get to our stuff in the storage on the 3rd floor. Nobody in office and no emergency numbers!!! Get your stuff figured out Cubesmart!!!!!!!!!

Employee in office was extremely nice and helpful, as was the agent who set up my acct. I recommend this location as the one in El Mirage was terrible for my mom.

Overall the experience of renting a parking spot for my car went pretty well. The complicating factors were that I am several states away and a friend was in the area using the car and will be the one dropping it off.The paperwork to accomplish a seemingly simple task was daunting, but Jason and the GM Jessica were very helpful and pleasant.
