Earlier this year, I thought customer service at this location was improving and staffing was better. My experience today changed my opinion. I stopped in here at 8:15 a.m. (the store had been open for well over 1 hour) to pick up some gift wrap items and padded mailers. When I approached the registers (which are always staffed when I shop later in the day and at night), there was no one to take my money. Someone who was stocking shelves came by and said, "You have to use self-checkout". NOT-A-CHANCE! I don't get paid by CVS, and I'm not about to perform the work of their employees for FREE. I left my cart and walked out. What next? Stocking the shelves for them, vacuuming the floors, sweeping the parking lot, scrubbing the toilets? What a sorry example of "customer service"!

Not only was I refused a vaccine because I didn't have insurance, the blond haired pharmacist was very rude! After talking with others in the area, they also said she has been rude to them in the past too. Pharmacist are a dime a dozen. CVS should hire a pharmacist with knowledge and able to talk to people, especially in a neighbor hood with elderly people! Shame on CVS.Got my COVID vaccine down the road no questions asked. I'm going to check with the CDC to see if it's Okay to refuse vaccines to the public/ health care workers!

To follow up on previous post. Another visit, same pharmacy employee refusing to wear mask properly, while giving out medicine to sick people, and being asked to simply pull up his mask, by a customer. This is also corporate policy. His response on why he didn't wear his mask, while giving out medicine to sick people, "that's none of your business"If you care about this sort of thing. Avoid this CVS.

Just left the store without a purchase due to no one at the cash register as I stood there for three minutes which seems like an hour if you know what I mean, I seen one employee she was giving computer lessons her job was not to help customers because she never acknowledged that I was standing there. I know this is now our world that we live in but I still find it very odd that businesses seem to be no longer in business to do business. They single-handedly took convenient out of the convenient store.

I went to an appointment here at noon today for a COVID booster and a flu shot. When the pharmacist brought out the syringe I asked if it had both vaccines. She said yes. Shortly after I left I saw I had a voicemail. It was a CVS recording saying they were out of flu vaccine and I should reschedule. I called and asked the tech if I received the flu shot? He said the recording was in error; it applied to the 64 and under age. He said the they had plenty for 65 and older. I asked if I got it. He said no. I asked why not. I never got an answer, just the pharmacist apologizing and saying it was all a misunderstanding. She suggested I come back and she would give me another shot. Yeah, right. Later that afternoon I received a text that my appointment was cancelled. Trying to cover the screwups? Now I wonder what was really in that syringe. If I get sick...

Very Confused. The Gal giving Covid vaccines said that her children currently have Covid... not sure why she should be allowed to work and give vaccines to people who CLEARLY aren't vaccinated and vulnerable (duh, they're there to get the vaccine) when she has been exposed to it daily at home.

Once and Never again. The 1 star is even too much. This stores team & management needs a complete overhaul. Rude, unfriendly and no appreciation for the customers who keep them in business. Don't patronize this location, save yourself the aggravation and spend your $$ where it's appreciated. It's definitely worth the drive and time it takes going to a different pharmacy/ drug store for anything you need.

After all the hoarders bought up all the tp and the like we didn't know what we were going to do. So we went to CVS in our neighborhood. I got Kleenex, paper towels and napkins. One pack of each. I was shut down at the register. The girl said I had to choose between the napkins and the paper towels. Like I was a hoarder! So I left the napkins. Now I still need to! Thx alot CVS!!!

I just want to say this store is so discriminatory to anybody under the age of 55 ! We walked in to buy hand sanitizer to a cvs that is a public place to shop at and the cashier Vicki was being so rude to us and going along and talking to the other customers in there saying it's ridiculous we're buying hand sanitizer. Train your employees to do better

We have recently moved to Sun City Grand and my wife has transferred her prescriptions to this CVS. What a terrible mistake!! The pharmacy clerks and staff are the most unprofessional and rude people we have ever encountered. I am a retired pharmacist and if any of my staff, pharmacists included, ever treated any patient/customer in such a rude and indifferent manner I would have let them go immediately. They ignore customers even after making eye contact and then act as if they are doing you a favor when they finally get to them. If you are expecting fast courteous service this is definitely not the place to go!!!

This is the worst CVS Pharmacy ever! They must only hire rude, unskilled people to run the register. Every receipt comes with an armful of useless coupons. The one time we take a $1 off coupon into off set the cost of items, the idiot checker gives us a hard time about the "coupon and the card, card not matching" asks for phone number, wants our email ( won't give her that) finally I tear up the worthless $1 off coupon. She says she " is just trying to save us a hassle in the future" Told her she is the hassle and forget this terrible store.
