I’m really surprised that the regional manager is reading all these reviews and knows what’s going on, but nothing changes. The customer service at this CVS is pretty bad. I’ve had to wait a long time, and the staff seems overwhelmed and not very helpful.
My prescription was delayed, and when I asked about it, I got unclear answers. The store is often messy, making it hard to find what I need. It’s frustrating that no one seems to be doing anything to fix these problems. I won’t be coming back anytime soon.

Every single time I come here it is an excessive wait time for the pharmacy - drive through on average is 35 to 45 minutes and going inside isn't any better. They close their drive through on a whim and you are forced inside the store to wait excessive amounts of time as well for prescriptions that are already and you received notification to come and get them.

DONT USE THIS PHARMACY IF YOU NEED LIFE SAVING MEDICATIONS. We had transplant med script, brought it in on a Wednesday, they send requests back to Mayo, didn't fill prescription by the time I returned on Thursday late afternoon. Associate said she need us to supply information, we did. We're told prescription woukd be filled Friday by 3, at 3:45 someone from CVS called and stated they needed the same information that we had supplied yesterday.
THUS IS THE MOST UNORGANIZED AND UNHELPFUL PHARMACY I HAVE EVER ENCOUNTERED! FULL STOP..DONT USE THIS PLACE...FULL STOP

This is the third time I’ve rushed here, gotten to the window at 120-125 and no one helps me. Says you close at 130 for lunch? Seems like you close at 120 for lunch What time does the drive up window actually close for lunch????

The worst pharmacy I’ve ever dealt with in 30+ years. I am convinced they cannot do a single thing right.

They filled my son’s new meds with a completely wrong pill that is a strong med meant for epilepsy and seizures. Poison control and the great Surprise FD who showed quickly at the scene to make sure he okay said he is going to be fine but very tired tonight and keep a close eye on him. Something told me to check the pill number because this is a new medication and I am so glad I did. I will never skip this step again. I will be filing this error they made to the FDA. Mistakes can be very serious in your line of work CVS. Be more careful with the clients that continue to use your service at this location PLEASE.

I've had so many problems with this pharmacy. I needed my medication tonight, and my husband went to get it at nine, and they were closed. They weren't supposed to close until 10. I like 2 ladies that work there but the one pharmacist is moody and the staff even knows it. I'm going to switch to Walgreens

Terrible experience. This locations pharmacy and manager did not even remotely meet a positive standard.

This was the usual spot I'd pick up my prescriptions because this location is close to home, but after today's poor experience I will no longer be getting my prescriptions at this location. The young man with the beard and glasses and the woman with braided locks acted bothered that I was there to pick up my prescription. The man tried to charge me 200.00 dollars for the prescriptions. I had asked why it was so much, he replied: "Because you don't have insurance!" Isn't it a thing to ask me if I had insurance for the prescription? Then he pawned me off to the other lady to get my insurance information. After she spent some time on the computer. She tells me: "I got it to work?" (my insurance for my prescriptions) That I thought, was a strange response. So, then she pawns me off back to the other guy and then Corey, which I assume is the supervisor at this department asks me if I'm being helped, which I respond: "I think so." Both associates had me going back and forth to the drop off counter and pick up counter. These people should not be working in customer service since they don't know how to treat people.

This CVS is terrible. We have had MULTIPLE lost prescriptions for different people in our family. Providers have called in scripts which the pharmacy says they never got. This has happened with different prescribers and different medications. They have even confirmed over the phone that they have an order, but then when we go to pick it up, they say they don't have it. After multiple attempts to get things efficiently filled here, we are changing locations.

I have been going there for many years and they are absolutely horrible!! I have waited an hour and seen them fill staff medcation over mine.

First time I’ve ever had the “pharmacist” Paul tell me about my prescriptions I’ve been taking for about a year. Had to stand there and wait, he told me what the anti anxiety medication would do, very loudly. I even heard him do the same thing with someone in the drive through. I don’t like my pills being broadcasted to the store and I don’t think it’s necessary after multiple pick ups.
